Brought in a PC board to be rebuilt or at least that's what I asked of the technician and got the board back looking worse than when I dropped it off. Only one part on the board was replaced and it cost me $80 to have it shipped and this part weighs probably an ounce at best, I don't think one thing I asked for was repaired and it took them over 5 weeks to change one part on the board. All other issues I asked be fixed were ignored and this was a $600 repair at the end of it all. If your having problems with PC or circuit boards I'd recommend a different business

So I had a couple of experiences with these guys in the last few months. 1st time I had an external portable drive freeze up on me. So I took it in. I had Will helping me and he tried to save the data. To no avail. It was history. However he said he was ONLY going to charge me if he could “save the data”. Which I thought was a unique and awesome policy and gesture and very welcomed ! Then today, I brought him my broken laptop and they were able to save the data off the hard drive and load it onto a thumb drive!! These guys are so passionate and interested in helping you solve the problem! They truly care and it’s so unbelievably refreshing to find that these days!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the guys atComputer Concepts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

best customer service I have ever received, they installed a new hard drive in my laptop, and I was having trouble getting back online, I was getting frustrated and no matter who I talked to I couldnt believe their patience and help. Got me all ok and I am good to go. I am a former business owner, thank you guys you are the best hands down.

I went here to get parts for a new PC. With Fry's out of the picture and the nearest Microcenter in either Vancouver, BC or outside Los Angeles, Computer Concepts could get away with mediocre service and still do plenty of business. However, their customer service was excellent. I got answers for everything I needed, received relevant advice on how to make a PC build work, and when one of the items I purchased was missing some crucial parts, they told me to come in and they'd take care of it, which they did quickly and effectively. Their selection is limited but they made that clear to me up front, and offered a variety of solutions in case I needed to shop for certain parts elsewhere. Great time, highly recommend.

Very slow and Over priced.Took 9 days to diagnostic on my broken laptop with motherboard issue and charged 157$ for telling me that.

Can't say enough good things about the folks at Computer Concepts. After bricking my gaming PC during what should have been a routine upgrade, I was preparing for the worst-case scenario of having to replace the motherboard. I reached out and was given a reasonable quote over the phone with an explanation of which situations might land me near the lower or higher ends of the range. When I came to drop it off a few hours later, the tech hooked it up right then and there, listened to all the background information I had gathered to try and diagnose the issue and the fix on my own, confirmed my suspicions, and reset the motherboard. He was able to take care of a computer that had been dead for 3 months and wouldn't enter the boot sequence and, additionally, a pesky issue that had been preventing me from upgrading to Win11, in under half an hour. I was charged for 15 minutes of labor and happily walked out the door with my computer. I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much!

You will find no better computer repair shop. I have purchased a couple of the refurbished computers there for very reasonable prices. They are always cheerful, helpful and unfailingly honest. The repairs they have done on my equipment have been great and quick. If you are tired of being taken to the cleaners by 18 year olds at big box stores, try here first. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I had a 10/10 experience with this company. The staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I got a custom built gaming PC and they absolutely nailed it. I highly recommend them, I could not be happier with the work and service they provide!

I'd love to add to all these great reviews. I contacted Computer Concepts about a issue I'm having with my monitor and very shortly after I emailed them I received a very detailed email asking additional questions along with quoting me prices for the repair depending on the route I choose to go. It was then I realized I'm fairly distant from their location, which I noted in my follow up response to them. Not only did they respond back but they also continued to offer advice on how to fix things. This is a rare and outstanding way of conducting business. I strongly encourage anyone looking for computer related repairs or a new computer to check this place out. I'm not sure what my plan is for the monitor but I will certainly be thinking of them for my next gaming rig build.

We ordered 2 custom computers. They reviewed all component options, going over price and performance. They didn't try to upsell us on anything "top of the line" or "most expensive equals best." They also took into account what we planned on using the computers for and set them up for peak performance.The computers were completed within the promised time frame, and we could not have been happier. They were exactly what we had asked and exceeded our expectations.
