For months we took our kitten with chronic diarrhea into a different vet's office only to be charged a lot of money with no results. Finally we got into the Cat Clinic and the doctor was amazing. She not only knew exactly what to do, but she seemed to personally care about our cat.

I took my cat here for about 15 years until she passed. In my cat's final years, Dr. Gawley and her team were instrumental in maintaining a high quality of life. I really appreciated their patience and empathy, and am grateful for everything they did for me and my cat.

The vet all the people I know go to. Doctor Gawley is the most wonderful "cat lady."

The very first veterinarian we visited when my kitten was only 8 weeks old, was Patricia Gawley at Cat Clinic at Canyon Park. My kitten experienced shortness of breath and had an increased heart rate. Eventually, at a different clinic, he was diagnosed with congenital heart defect, but when we visited this clinic, we were misled with wrong diagnoses and were given harmful medication.Patricia Gawley did his lungs x-rays and did blood tests, she knew his lungs were clear (other clinic redo his x-rays and confirmed his lungs were fine), but she came to me and said he had a lung tumor and needed a biopsy, she made it up, she wanted to perform an unnecessary harmful procedure just for the sake of getting paid for that procedure. She was drawing that tumor for me on paper. I somehow didn't believe her. I didn't agree with doing a biopsy. She went then to re-do x-rays, her excuse was that he wasn't positioned perfectly and that to send it to the radiologist she needs to make it perfect. But in reality she was trying to produce x-rays with an imaginary tumor. I ended up waiting there another 2 hours. She tortured him for 2 more hours just in an attempt to cover up her fake diagnoses. At the end she produced underexposed x-rays and ended up sending that to the radiologist, wasting my time and money. She prescribed him a very strong antibiotic -doxycycline - which should NOT be used for a kitten under 6 months - it interferes with bones and teeth formation, and especially for a kitten with a failing heart antibiotics should NOT be given, and also because the results of his blood test didn't show infection or inflammation.

I had my first visit with my first owned cat ever today. I came in feeling good about how I was raising and caring for my kitten Apollo. As I walked in it seemed as if they were too comfortable with cats running around and knocking down lamps and objects on the desk. I move in to the assigned room and had waited for 20 minutes before the doctor came in. She proceeded to put a can of food on the table and was suddenly shocked when Apollo jolted towards the can and devouring it and she frantically says "you don't feed him enough, this is NOT normal" keep in mind I feed him 3 times a day and fed him before the appointment. Throughout the visit I felt I was being judged and criticized with no reason. I left with a very sour taste in my mouth. She gave him food he has never eaten (dry kibble). Maybe this is just my experience but there was no real advice, nor did she tell me if he was a healthy cat. All I left with was food I'm not going to feed him (and was charged for it) and his vaccination shots.

Dr. Grawly's been getting quite rusty in her old old age. Our family's last visit resulted in our decision to make this post. Dr. has put two of our loved pets down in the last two years. There were no tests to confirm her diagnosis on either cat but when Dr. explained it was cancer and nothing could be done we believed her. We regret visiting her. She also has a very bad temper and no filter around children. Classy act here.

This is the best clinic in the state of WA to bring your cat too. They are friendly, kind, caring, empathetic, and supportive. We had to bring our sick kitty here and unfortunately we had to say goodbye, but we are confident the Doctor and team tried everything in their power and conducted every test to understand what was wrong and try to treat our baby boy. They recommended the best options and sent a thoughtful sympathy card in the mail during the difficult time of grieving. If your cat needs care, bring them here! You will not be disappointment. They are the best of the best.

after a bad previous experiences at vets, i wanted to go to a cat only vet and was pleasantly surprised by cat clinic. the homey feeling calms my cats down and the techs are so nice. the price is also not bad at all compared to what i have had to pay before for the same services. it's very obvious they care for cats and the people who bring them!

I won’t be going back here. I brought my two cats in for a wellness exam and some vaccines, the receptionist was nice but doesn’t really acknowledge you. It is a cat clinic but i didn’t think there would be cats all over the place and it’s no complaints from me but my cats were already stressed coming and seeing cats after the drive stresses them out more, after signing in we went into the room to wait for them to get checked out and once Dr. Tricia Gawley came in and she was sweet at first but was making little smirk remarks about how I feed a only wet food diet because in my opinion it’s a lot more beneficial for my cats and it was almost like she was shaming me for it. After we found out they had fleas and I was skeptical about the medication she wanted to use just because I know that some flea medication has a lot of harsh chemicals so i wanted to use a different kind on my own and she told me “I wish you were the one getting flea bites all day” and i do wish i was the one so my cats didn’t have to go through that but at the end of the day I will make the decision because they are my cats and i want to know what’s going into there skin. Other than that the other staff were very nice and welcoming but after that encounter I don’t think we will be coming back.
