My company has been using BottleYourBrand for almost 3 years, and the quality is amazing, customer service is fantastic, and everyone always LOVES our customized bottles (from Costco!) Super fast shipping even though website clearly stated I was past Christmas seasonal hours. It shipped the very next day. Wine was bottled and labeled and gifted for New Years. We are so super pleased with their labels and customer service. This is our 10th year using them for Christmas/Wedding wine labels.

Seriously incredible customer service!I indicated on the order form that I would need the label by a certain date and Laura from constumer service emailed me within the day to let me know that I would have to change the shipping rate in order to recieve it by that date. I let her know that she could go ahead and change the shipping rate. When I realized not much later that I wouldn't need it that early and didn't want to pay the extra shipping cost, I emailed asking if we could change it back and she did that for me as well! Such a good experience. I haven't received the labels yet and possibly won't receive them until the middle of next week. But if they are half as wonderful as their customer service was, they''ll be incredible!! If they are not as wonderful as I expect them to be, it will be worth it for the customer service alone!Merry Christmas,Tara

While the quality was good as far as the label. What arrived, underwhelmed me. I ordered a design online and it said and showed “sparkle” when my labels arrived they were dull all one dimension with a snowflake design but definitely no “sparkle.” Not sure I will use them.
