I must share the great job
Bothell Toyota Specialist did on my car.
My car was having charcoal canister problems for which I replaced on my own with no success. So I had Bothell Toyota take a look, it ended up being a bad vacuum switching valve that was not made anymore. These guys were able to reroute my vaccine hoses in a manner that makes my car work fantastic again. I was quoted $1200 by another shop. They saved me $1000. It takes a lot to impress me and I'm impressed.

Verified my cars details, confirmed they could change my oil, waited 21 days for my scheduled appointment only to show up and be rejected as they couldn’t find an oil filter. A Toyota specialist who won’t be able to work on my Toyota. What a joke.

WOW! Today was the first time I used this company to work on my 2020 Kia SPORTAGE. 2 days ago my check engine light came on and the engine started missing bad. I was very worried what it was going to cost and how long would I be without a ride! As we are a one car family with 2 boys still in school and such. So I walked in and met a very nice and knowledgeable person at the front desk ( Jess ) . Said they could squeeze me in the next day. Jess already had a good idea of what it was, just by listening to me. So two days later I brought my Kia in around 11am . By 2:30pm I received a call saying my car was fixed and ready to go. And wouldn't you know, remember when I said Jess knew what was wrong? Well he was right. This shop isn't some big fancy place that wants to take as much money as possible from you. They just want to put you and you car back on the road. This shop will get all my business when it comes to auto repair. I would like to thank the everyone that work on my car today, you are appreciated!! See you next time. If you need your vehicle repaired give this shop a chance you will not be disappointed.....

All new toyotas has first 2 years free maintenance service, but we didn't know it. We brought our new car in for maintenance, and no one even informed us there will be free service.

They stand behind their work! Prices are reasonable, Friendly staff. Many years of experience amongst their mechanics. They try to squeeze you in in case it's an emergency. Hing (one of the owners) is knowledgeable and professional.

I routinely take my Tundra here for service. They are always super honest and do credible work. I've been to 20+ auto shops around the area, and this is the ONLY one I continue to return to. Much better service and pricing then the dealerships. Highly recommend going here if you have a Toyota/Lexus.

We just tried this place out for the first time and we are extremely happy with their service. They were friendly,prompt and fair in price. It’s a good feeling knowing my car is fixed and well maintained and not going to have issues anymore. We had a great experience with them.

Tried to have me buy a new engine, for a $250 fix (mass air flow sensor failed). Whether from incompetence or scuminess, you don't won't them working on your car.

I’ve been taking my ‘03 Sequoia to Bothell Toyota for a few years now. I do minor work myself now, but the team has always been professional and transparent with me regarding any work they do on the car. I’ve never had any issues with them and they always do a great job.
