They were prepared and on time for my appointment and very helpful. The office manager (Amanda?) was polite and friendly and Kenny, the estimator, was super helpful with the multiple questions I had. He looked closely the car and provided a written estimate in no time. Then he went over everything and explained it in detail and so it was easy to understand.
