@Shantal Brown, I work in body shop, you know how scarce parking is for workers alone? I've had to walk 10 minutes to get to work. Like, really? You didn't even have the courtesy to call ahead of time? Who's going to believe that fairy tale? As if he came running at you as soon as you parked, you clearly had no intention of being a customer there. What you're doing is simply slanderous. With that said, I really wish there were more mechanics out there like JR. Such honesty in the automotive industry is extremely hard to come by, and this man gave it to me straight up, what kind of repairs are worth it and what aren't. His pricing is very reasonable, and he won't try to sell you anything you don't need. Be mindful that they're very booked, so expect to wait at least 2 weeks before they can look at your car.

The owner has been our family mechanic for almost 25 years. He is honest, fair and doesn't rip you off. He specializes in Toyota's, Honda's, and Subaru's and his work has never let us down. He fixes it, good price, done! I recommend this guy all the time for car repairs and sales, and all the people I refer seem to like his workmanship and prices too.
People!!! This is an honest repair guy!!! You won't be sorry!!!

Not a service review. Customer service review. I was new to the area and one day I pulled to their parking lot to check their availability to get brakes fixed in my husband's car. Before going inside the Auto center I wanted drop off some donation bags to the donation bin right by the tattoo place which was located in the same parking lot as this Auto center. The minute I parked and opened the trunk an old man with dull brwn hair who had a heavy accent was wearing glasses came running and was yelling at me "What are you doing? , U can't park here, go to the tattoo place from the other side.don't u know" . I was annoyed but took a breath and asked "Oh I am sorry, is there another entrance from the other side?" He was shaking his head angrily and replied "yes, yes there's another one, go go" . I left but never to return again. We have worked with Sears Auto Center throughout the years countless times and never experienced this type of ill mannered people. If this is how they treat people imagine how they treat your cars? People like this will never get our business. What if I was really sick and pulled in to the parking lot? Is this how u treat people? Cheap places, cheap people.
