“I had a questionable battery that needed jumped twice in a week. Found this place and I am sure happy I did. They tested my battery and confirmed it was bad autozone had done the same with same result an hour earlier. The serviceman was super he knew his stuff and just what I needed. Also confirmed my alternator was working properly. This is my new go to place for anything battery reflated. They seem to stock just about any kind of battery you need. RV, motorcycle all kinds of batteries. I want to thank the person who helped me today he could not have done a better job.Thank you.”

“Manager Paul is the Most helpful employee in the state of Washington. My 76 Chevy limped into the parking lot. Leaking transmission fluid and I was stuck. “I wish I can rate 10 stars instead of five! I bought a headlight bulb from AutoZone and they were extremely rude and unprofessional and could not be bothered to help me put in my new light when I have never done it before. And my other headlight wasn't installed properly so I couldn't even see the road and was frantic. I am from out of town so I don't know anyone that could help me so my last bet was to just go to this O'Reilly's and I am so glad I did. The gentleman working, Max was so helpful and nice and with no hesitation helped me fix both of my bulbs at no charge. He was fast and efficient and the whole thing seemed effortless. Max totally made my night and definitely saved me from getting pulled over. So happy I'm able to see the road clearly again thank you again Max you are the best give this man a raise!!!!!!!!!”

From the moment he settled himself onto the stool behind the cash register, you know that he is perfect. He moves slowly and uses as few words as possible with customers. He looks like he has been there for years and during that time, he has learned every detail of the batteries he has in stock and the ones he can get for your special jobs.“That one over there,” he tells you without pointing. He is right. The one on the second shelf third from the left has the right cranking amps, fits into your battery pan and comes with a decent warranty. It weighs a ton and you are not going to get any help lifting it onto the counter, so don’t ask. Don’t forget to put the battery you are replacing up there too.Batteries are expensive, so any deal you can get helps. The prices here are competitive enough that it is not worth shopping around once you are here.There is paperwork involved in buying a battery. Even more if you are recycling some old batteries at the same time. The counterman knows all the mysterious key taps that the computer needs, he knows the paper forms that have to be filled out, he expertly reviews your ID and he has a ritual of wiping down your card to make sure it will go through the first time. There is no rushing this process, so don’t try.I have had quite a few battery situations this year and I have always gotten what I needed at a decent price. I can hardly wait for the solar power system in the boat to need a new battery. I know just where I will go.”

“Susanna (correct name hopefully), was amazing at helping me complete some minor yet major standard checks on a 2003 Saturn that was given to me. One dashboard light was on noting needing rear lightbulb. After replacing the bulb herself, she checked my coolant (needed refill), battery (good to go), oil (full and clean) and kicked the tires and said "Good to Go Sir, what else can I help you with." I didn't ask for any of that extra car on my new, yet used, WHIP!!! Susanna did it out of her normal routine if service!! We will be taking Charlotte back again if needed.”

“This is a pretty big auto parts store which is great if you need a part for your car or truck. The reason for the five star review is because the employees here were very determined to find a very obscure part for an older vehicle that my buddy owned. They spent almost an hour on the phone with different contacts and researching solutions online for us. This was after visiting three other auto parts stores that weren't nearly as helpful. This is my new auto parts store.”

These batteries are the only ones offered at Costco, with good reason. I love Interstate, am a repeat customer and that's not changing any time soon!”

“Service was great, Great job Riley, yet the hand held alternator machine read,the voltage failed but the oiodes good, yet on the machine inside the store, the big expensive machine read the alternator to pass on both the voltage and the oiodes ( wait did I spell that right) anyway I was able to the old alternator reinstalled, ?✝️? and the car is running fine not lights in the dash and the battery is showing good battery, when tested ?✝️?”

Fortunately there was this young man named Andy who is very helpful who told me to come in and he would get the right battery for me and test the old one. When I arrived this afternoon, he came in and was very polite and gave me all the instructions I needed to purchase the correct battery.
