Exploring the candy offerings at Bartell Drugs today, Friday 17 November 2023, I found a buy one get one 50% off deal on some of the less expensive items. They were sold out on some of the more seasonal items such as caramels. So I decided to go with a small pack (3 pieces) of Almond Roca and a KitKat Duos strawberry and dark chocolate bar. When the cashier rang the items up, the Almond Roca came in at $0.74, it had been a while since I got this quantity of the product packaged this way for that price. The parking lot was moderately easy to maneuver in and the store front was easy to spot. Workers in the store were friendly, even greeting customers as we entered the store. The checkout line was easy to find and payment straightforward. I liked/appreciated the welcome sign inside the front door with the name of the shopping center the store was located in.

Didn't receive an update from pharmacy for a time sensitive prescription for over two days. Waiting on the phone for about 1/2 hr now. I think they don't intend to actually answer any questions or calls over the phone. They just answer the call and put you on hold indefinitely until you give up and find some way to get there in person.

I come in to bartell's regularly to buy medical supplies for a prescription. The pharmacist was new to me at Bothell location refused to sell me what I needed because I didn't have that specific prescription at the store even though it's not required by law, and I presented a prescription for the medicine itself that I have filled at another store. I've been buying there for several months without any problems and I've been going there because I don't encounter any issues, that changed today and the pharmacist seem very smug about it like she enjoyed saying no. I can't understand why a store would employ a pharmacist who does not put customers medical needs first. As a result of her actions it will affect my health because I won't get my prescription on time.

Save yourself some time and frustration, and don't go here!! This store has extremely poor service. I spent 30 mins on the line to let them know to ready my prescription for pickup next day. I call the next day, to be put on hold for more than an hour. When I went in finally, the prescription was not ready and made me wait there for another 30 mins with a promise of getting me my medication. Later an associates comes and tells me, after waiting for ANOTHER 30 MINS, that they'll text me when its ready for pickup.

Despite there being more than a few negative reviews on this place I like it. They are laid out better than a CVS or Walgreens and have a better stock than both places. I didn't have a long wait at the pharmacy and the people it it were nice enough. The lighting inside was lower than most drug stores which I appreciated. It was more homey than hospital bright and kind of reminded me of the local pharmacies I used to go to when I was a kid in the 80's. I just liked the feel of the place. It felt friendlier than a CVS.

I always experience the worst help at the pharmacy. I dread picking up my medication every time. I would rather go miles away to a different location. Medication is never on time and staff is very curt. I usually love browsing the aisles but I'm so off put after my experience at the pharmacy I just leave.

No matter when I come in for my prescription it is 20 min. So they wait until you show up to fill it. I would work on customer service. Seriously considering moving to another company

Fast, friendly, cheap prices, and loads of parking. I found out by accident because I needed something on the fly, that this place may not seem like much but has some amazing deals on many of the day to day items I use at home. So if you want you wallet to stretch, this is the place to go.

Wow. The pharmacy here is absolutely TERRIBLE. An hour wait to fill a single prescription? 8-10 people in line? RUDE pharmacist who talked crap about the "impatient people in line" in front of us all? I'm not buying the "short staffed" BS anymore. Pay more for people, get your shit together. For my part, I will never get another prescription filled here ever again.

The pharmacy here is the worst. They take forever to get your orders and say 2 business days when you call in your order yet they are never ready before 5 days. The lines are 8-10 people long They need to have a line for people that called their orders in days before vs people just walking up to the counter. I will be moving my pharmacy needs to Rite Aid. So much better Good bye Bartell's, sorry NOT sorry

Terrible pharmacy. I am done using them. I've put up with the bad service for over a year. They are very short staffed and not working to correct the issue. When I try to call to see if my refills are ready, because they usually aren't even though I have a text confirming they should be, they put me on hold for over 40 minutes. Get your prescriptions somewhere else and save yourself time and frustration.

We were always big fans of Bartell Drugs and were sad when they sold to a national chain. Sadly, all of our concerns over it being purchased have come true. It no longer has that special independent local feel, both in products carried as well as customer service. Pharmacy customer service has taken a nosedive, prescriptions going unfilled, poor communication when there is an issue, drastically shortened hours. Low or nonexistent inventory of products. The reason for two stars rather than one star is owed to the cashiers at the front of the store who are always welcoming, cheerful, and friendly. We are switching pharmacies after nearly 30 years of doing business with Bartell. ? I do hope that Rite Aid reads this.
