This is the worst pharmacy. Staff service is slow and unfriendly. They waste their time chatting with customers they like. Cold and unfriendly to customers they don't like.4/25 5:00pm

Since rite aid brought them, it's not the same. It seems that they are always short on employee in the pharmacy or short of drug supplies. What happen when a cancer patient needs their medication and it's been three days since the refill request was put in and the automated system says it will be ready the same day by certain time and four days later it's still not ready? This is the norm now since stores have closed.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy, a prescription was called in at 9 o’clock this morning. It is now almost 3 o’clock and it still hasn’t been filled. If there’s an issue, you need to do your due diligence and call the patient. This is unacceptable and the worst customer service, I definitely will take my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff here are the worst I've ever dealt with and I had to stop when I witnessed them fail at every aspect of their jobs and at being functional human beings

This truly is the worst pharmacy in the area. Every single pickup is met with a long line and one clerk. Prescription turnaround times are lengthy. The staff could absolutely care less about you. Something needs to change. We have plenty of other options and will be going elsewhere.

Extremely overpriced. I wouldn't buy from here if I can find it somewhere else, or at least check prices first. I'm attaching a sample price comparison between Amazon and this place for the same saline drops. Amazon was $3.79 vs them at $8.69. They are charging more than double for the same thing.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR MEDS. literally the worst pharmacy i've ever seen in my life. My family needs to call every time they're out of prescriptions even with autofill. do not go here. avoid. avoid. avoid. Also Vikey is extremely rude and slow. This has been going on for quite some time, and I have no confidence in their action.

These guys are the slowest at filling prescriptions. I usually call in my prescription a week before I need it and it still isn't ready when I come. I think because they are so short-staffed they only refill when someone is physically standing there...

Exploring the candy offerings at Bartell Drugs today, Friday 17 November 2023, I found a buy one get one 50% off deal on some of the less expensive items. They were sold out on some of the more seasonal items such as caramels. So I decided to go with a small pack (3 pieces) of Almond Roca and a KitKat Duos strawberry and dark chocolate bar. When the cashier rang the items up, the Almond Roca came in at $0.74, it had been a while since I got this quantity of the product packaged this way for that price. The parking lot was moderately easy to maneuver in and the store front was easy to spot. Workers in the store were friendly, even greeting customers as we entered the store. The checkout line was easy to find and payment straightforward. I liked/appreciated the welcome sign inside the front door with the name of the shopping center the store was located in.

Didn't receive an update from pharmacy for a time sensitive prescription for over two days. Waiting on the phone for about 1/2 hr now. I think they don't intend to actually answer any questions or calls over the phone. They just answer the call and put you on hold indefinitely until you give up and find some way to get there in person.

I come in to bartell's regularly to buy medical supplies for a prescription. The pharmacist was new to me at Bothell location refused to sell me what I needed because I didn't have that specific prescription at the store even though it's not required by law, and I presented a prescription for the medicine itself that I have filled at another store. I've been buying there for several months without any problems and I've been going there because I don't encounter any issues, that changed today and the pharmacist seem very smug about it like she enjoyed saying no. I can't understand why a store would employ a pharmacist who does not put customers medical needs first. As a result of her actions it will affect my health because I won't get my prescription on time.

Save yourself some time and frustration, and don't go here!! This store has extremely poor service. I spent 30 mins on the line to let them know to ready my prescription for pickup next day. I call the next day, to be put on hold for more than an hour. When I went in finally, the prescription was not ready and made me wait there for another 30 mins with a promise of getting me my medication. Later an associates comes and tells me, after waiting for ANOTHER 30 MINS, that they'll text me when its ready for pickup.

Despite there being more than a few negative reviews on this place I like it. They are laid out better than a CVS or Walgreens and have a better stock than both places. I didn't have a long wait at the pharmacy and the people it it were nice enough. The lighting inside was lower than most drug stores which I appreciated. It was more homey than hospital bright and kind of reminded me of the local pharmacies I used to go to when I was a kid in the 80's. I just liked the feel of the place. It felt friendlier than a CVS.
