NOTE to Yelp: This branch bank is NOT closed. I was just there today. Review: I had a great experience with this branch on customer service and I just want to say a huge thank you. The online banking was down a few weeks ago, and my regular Woodinville branch was getting confused with what I was needing and steered me in a different direction and when I left I realized the customer service manager didn't answer my questions. When I came here, I was able to get everything taken care of well and was very helped, and I so appreciated it. I was able to get a new card, get help on getting my second account linked to my debit card, and the location also has an ATM which the Woodinville location does not have. I think I've found my new branch location...thanks so much for your help and being top notch on customer service! Have a good one 'til next time!
