Shahla Naimi has been wonderful each time we have gone in. She is experienced, kind, patient and very engaging and warm. She set up accounts for all three of my kids and made the experience fun and enjoyable for them- setting them up for a future with financial success! I highly recommend meeting with Shahla!!

This bank is a little too reliant on making appointments but the staff were great and so far as new customers two months in, BofA is doing just fine. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Thanks Claudia.

The worst bank in terms of attention and solutions even if you got an ID register in the United States they decline a check from their own bank. The lady on the front desk that assisted me, her race is Indian; she didn’t want to accept my ID that identifies me, that has my face, and it’s given to me by the Country.

As a foreigner, I can only say that this is a very garbage bank with poor staff and unprofessional skills. This is a bank, not a cesspool

This branch of Bank of America has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. People are unwilling to help and come up with unreasonable excuses. Tellers were not busy but refused making a wire transfer unless I made an online appointment. I then drove to another location and they were happy to help me.

Was told if I had a direct deposit of a certain amount per month there would be no monthly fees. Specifically asked if that included two deposits that added up to more than that. Was told yes. Set up direct deposit the same day. Got charged a fee anyway. Don't know if it's incompetence or just bald faced lying, but you'll never see me doing business here again.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your branch located at 20708 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98012 on May 30th 2023 and June 5th 2023. On May 30th 2023, I had visited the branch to deposit a check, but the teller failed to verify the watermarker as required, resulting in the rejection of my deposit.The check in question clearly indicated on the top that the watermarker needed to be verified for acceptance. However, the teller did not perform the necessary verification, and I was later informed that my check was considered invalid. This oversight has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, as I had to make multiple trips to the branch to resolve the issue.I am disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and professionalism displayed by the staff at your branch. I expect a higher level of service and competence from the branch representatives.Again I visited the branch on June 5th 2023 and talk to the branch manager and I was told the check I submitted is not a valid check and it is just a confirmation statement, though the scanned copy of the check says it is a check and watermark need to be verified. The branch manager provides wrong information and the teller don't know how to verify a check before accepting and it is very disappointing.A local credit union will do a better job than Bank of America.

My electronic debit card had stopped working so I stopped into this B of A branch. There were some very unique issues that the Manager helped troubleshoot and get me rolling again. She was so helpful and patient!! Even after the B of A help line could not fix my issue the manager figured it out!! This doesn’t begin to express my full gratitude to her. She couldn’t have been more helpful or professional. I wish I caught her full name but she wins a big gold star from this tourist!!

They made a mistake of my account and Mak literally just said “you signed on the digital pad” and pushed me to the cell phone customer service. May I ask any meaningful this branch exists?

been here at least 1 hour trying to cash checks. first they asked for my ID after inserting my card which they have not done before elsewhere, but understandable.. i got my id. then they could not verify my bank of america checks that i have been cashing for the past 6+ months. Elizabeth Z was not helpful at all, nor was her manager Sharmil and I felt embarassed and insulted that they would think after banking with them for so many years that i would bring fake checks. worst bank i have been to by far and worst customer service. they do not value time here whatsoever. first and last time here, the bellevue bank of americas is the best to go to this place is absolutely terrible.

I needed to update my business banking info and the banker Divendra helped me. He was asking waaay too many personal questions and came off nosey. He also said there was nothing he could do to credit bank fees that one of my accounts had. A week later, I went to my other banker in Mill Creek, they were able to credit the fees back right away. This tells me that Divendra had no interest in going above & beyond for a long term customer. This was certainly not the best experience at Bank of America.

Horrible. Only reason I gave one star was because I had too. I saw 5 employees while I was here but only one was working. 5 of us in line and no one even approached me. They don't care about customers or service. I manage another financial institution and I would never treat my clients like this. Was only here to do a favor for a family member.

This branch does not value time. We were told to wait 45 minutes for service then they told me there is another appointment and sent us home. Meanwhile, the manager is conveniently on the phone. Bank of America does don't care about customer service, period.
