I've been a loyal customer of this bank for over 20 years, but recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed. My wife attempted to transfer money to a friend, but after waiting for over 30+ minutes, she was told she needed to make an appointment. it's left me seriously considering switching banks.

I have always had the best service at this branch so I am genuinely shocked by the negative reviews. Shahla Naimi is so helpful and has such a great team. I came in with a transaction issue today and they went above and beyond to help and find a solution to my problem. I am so thankful!

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received at the BOA Bothell branch. I have been a loyal Bank of America customer for over 20 years, and I usually go to a branch near my business downtown. Today, I needed to get some documents notarized, but the notary told me I had to verify them with the manager, which I found odd. The manager seemed to need help understanding legal papers and asking me strange questions. The documents were related to a new lease for my business location, and I have a business account with the same business name. But she needed help understanding the simple documents. They should hire someone more qualified to handle documents. I had no problem getting the same documents notarized at Chase.

Not shocked to see low stars here, got my card stolen and came I. With documents to withdraw cash they were trying to be nice but treated me like a child and THEN refused to give me cash when I had no problem at another location. I had SO MANY DOCUMENTS and was literally logged into my account in front of them

Although the wait time for speaking with a person can be a little long, this bank branch, its managers and tellers take the time to look out for my elderly father. They helped him avoid being scammed, they know him by first name and treat him with a lot of respect. He's only been banking there for 1 year and he has only had great experiences every time he goes in. I am so grateful for them all.

Have been there for multiple kinds of services. Taking a long time at the counter. Always understaffed.The financial advisor once had me wait for extra 40 minutes.Aweful service. Go to another branch and save a headache.

I wanted to deposit a check for a large amount as I was doing a real estate transaction. The nosey teller kept asking me what I was going to do with the money, and I finally said, 'this is personal'. This is with people behind me waiting - and probably listening in.When we're doing our banking, everything is personal. Remember that!

My daughter went in to cash a check she got from a reputable business. The teller took the check, gave it to a "manager" to make sure it's "good" and that was the last we saw of them. I had to get back to work, so my daughter had to wait forever to finish her transaction. It took an hour and fifteen minutes. What a complete lack of respect for people's time. I've been with them since they were Seafirst and I might take my business and go elsewhere. Unacceptable customer service. Just terrible.

Just walked into the branch to make a deposit and I was told I need to leave because they don't have anybody to help me. They said all the representatives are with a client and are not able to help. How do you run a branch without any representative to help clients.?
