Not a good service location, worst customer service in my life. Will do whatever to send you to another location, total waste of time. Bank of America still not a Bank for the working class, they simply don’t care about middle class. Worst experience in a bank.

I have been going to this B of A Financial Center in Bothell for about six years I have covered most Private Banking issues that a senior person like myself would need assistance with in that time. I have been assisted by tellers, staff and management. At all different days and times, I have been very satisfied being able to resolve, clearly and execute many issues.
My current experiences have been with, Ms Shahla Naimi, who is well informed, articulate and takes interest in working with me. I am very pleased with the personal attention she shows in working together. I am sure it will continue.
