Dropped off my Evo at the office (crashed and broke an arm), and it was ready within 48 hours while I was still in the Seattle area last year fall. I know they probably don't usually do this, but they went above and beyond. Very helpful people ?

Great products but Autel are about to change their chips which will make current (v1) EVO drones, Live Deck and Smart Controller incompatible with the incoming v2 models. Before buying (in mid-2021 onwards), ask vendor to confirm in writing what your upgrade options are going forward.

I love my Evo! Sent it in for repairs, pilot error, and customer services has been great! Only problem, FedEx sucks at delivering packages! I received a message that my drone had been delivered but the package was nowhere to be found! I hope customer service department is as good as everyone says. ?
