Best Indian store in bothell and absolutely the best customer experience of all stores. Especially the manager is extremely helpful and I always shop at Apna bazaar mostly due to its customer service!

Bad experience by my daughter in law - According to her manager who was working in Apna Bazar Bothell on Aug 3rd at 6.30 pm is ruining customer experience by spreading toxic culture.

is it legal to force customer to buy grocery for 50$ to avail one bag of rise ?Even if its for limiting the buyer to buy only one bag ? i dont think so this rule is a good practice or allowed.

In this time where non Basmati rice is short in most of the US Indian grocery shops, Apna Bazar has availability of rice but they have selling condition that you should do grocery or $50 at least to avail one bag of rice. I believe this is NOT right practice. I do understand business oppty here for them but in need they should support Indian community. Allowing one bag per family is makes sense deal.

I'd have given this place 3 stars... BUT the mangoes! The mangoes from India are legendary among the South Asian community in the Puget Sound area. There is absolutely nowhere else that you can get some of the loved Indian varieties like Langra, in addition to the usual Alphonso and Kesars.

Absolutely not worth buying mangoes here. All of them turned out to be bad.

Beware of the free gifts they give sometimes; either those products have already passed their expiry date or are very close to expiring. I guess that explains why they offer them for free and pretend it's a good gesture. Additionally, almost all products have incorrect pricing, as your receipts will show a different amount (usually higher than the label).

Great Indian grocery store. This branch has more varieties of stock available especially for snacks than the Redmond branch.

I bought Haldiram's samosa from this store on 3/7. I opened the box on 03/10, there were frozen samosas with mold. Immediately I went to the store to get this addressed. The cashier did not accept it and instead blamed it on our freezer. Be careful shopping this store's freezer section, you might get served with their old spoilt stock.

Very neatly arranged and pretty clean for an Indian grocery store. You get pretty much everything here.

Multiple things1. My total bill was $99. There was ongoing discount offer of $10 off if total bill was $100. The cashier was least bothered to suggest this. Shows how much U care for a customer in the land of customer centric companies2. Got jaggery from them which had no expiry, checked when I was home, it had mold on it. Went back and returned. While returning, a good old white lady asked the cashier to why they have some of expired products on shelf, the cashier says, “that’s mere suggestion, the products don’t actually expire at that time!” No thanks! Got lots better stores in the area than this

Great prices . Most prices are cheaper than some competitors' stores nearby. Finding frozen Falsa here is a great gem. Since you can't find fresh falsa. They also have frozen Jamun and other frozen food.A good variety of fresh vegetables are available.I can always find all my spices, daals, Nimkos and etc here.
