Rinse and drying was lacking and then left a streak (looks to be a soap left over) along the side of my truck. Very disappointed.
Could have went somewhere else for the same price.

Over priced and they don’t accept cash. Not exposing may card to data swipe machines. If you can’t secure your card machines, I’m not using them… already had my card data swiped by one of these machines.. lost a customer, go somewhere else were they can accept my legal tender. It’s illegal not to accept cash

My car was cleaner after the car wash. Not clean but cleaner. Worth $5 but definitely not $15.

The car wash was poor and hardly got anything off. The first vacuum machine took my $5 but didn't work. The second vacuum was better but still weak.

I'd give them 5 stars for the wash but their app blows and they pushed the app... now app is broken I guess.. washes lost??? Stupid prepay in app that don't even work now. Wash is good but better in woodinville... vaccums work 100% as expected so it's a decent place to go. Bit expensive..

I did the full $18 wash yesterday and it left blue spots all over the bottom half of my car that I had to wash off. Also my windows have droplets of something, maybe polish or wax that doesn’t come off. Will never go back to this place.

Great idea, terrible set up. Have to get out of the car because the menu is so badly set up far away and then you get sprayed by the wash in front of you. Was struggling thru all the excessive questions of “add-on” after selecting my wash and my whole car and open door got sprayed with wash stuff. Both my kids choked and barfed. No a correctly function drive thru. So badly engineered.

I purchased the top expensive wash, but it didn't Scrub it nor tinted. I took it somewhere else and washed it by hand. Basically, I paid $19.00 for nothing.
Don't go there!

Great touch less car wash. The only downside is the entrance. Many times it's so backed up that it blocks the traffic

Had problems with the machine printing receipt for the coupon book. I received a prompt response from the company, unfortunately it went to my spam filter which wasn't their fault.
Very happy with the quality of the touchless car wash and level of service.

It’s not cheapest; but, better than average price than other places with no touch wash. If it’s a sunny day or sunny forecast, expect rush during day time. I usually go late afternoon or post 9:00 to avoid rush. Not much space to to be in the line as it’s on the main road. Hardly 3-4 cars can wait in the line.
