Love this place, new owners and they are very nice. Clean, has chairs and couch. Use the triple machines, decent price and do the 50 cents more for extra rinse. Those ones go over 30 minutes which is what does a good wash.

Lost $ with 2 rounds of drying. The first $2 spent, we thought heat was too low, so we added another $1.50. When we realized it was the dryer that was not working, we informed the attendant. He said we had too many clothes in the dryer and just walked away. No offer to reimburse, no checking the dryer just left as is for the next person to dump money in...zero customer skills or trying to make it right.

Have used this laundry for over 10 years and love that it is so clean and well maintained. However, recently due to change in ownership very annoying loud music has been playing on the TV. I understand it is cultural, but can be tedious and grating to customers. Other customers around be have expressed the same sentiments. Please consider your customer base.

I had a fantastic experience at this laundromat! The machines are well-maintained, making laundry day a breeze. The staff went above and beyond—they stayed overtime just to help me with my heavy loads, which was incredibly thoughtful. Their friendliness and dedication to customer service really stood out. A very clean laundromat, with a polite and helpful attendant. I noticed the attendant wipes down the dryers and detergent dispensers after each use. Has a variety of machine sizes and you can add an optional extra rinse for each cycle.

Karen and her friend working today told me I can only dry 1 med size jacket in the small dryer after I had put in more money and no big dryer available earlier. This place is trash.

I’ve been dropping my laundry off here the last year I’ve lived across the street. They are recently under new owners, and are incredibly helpful. I drop laundry off at least once a week today went to wash my bedding myself there so I could get it back today. In addition to dropping off my other laundry with them. I went back when my bedding was done and he had found cash in my laundry and gave it back to me. This is the second time they’ve found stuff and given it back. They even helped me fold and put my duvet on the comforter. Excellent customer service. A+++

We are traveling and stopped by Alfine to do laundry. The machines were very clean and they had a variety of sizes which was nice. It was actually one of the nicest laundromats we’ve been to. I would recommend this place.

This place is beyond amazing. I came in with over 300 pounds of laundry. I had never been there before and the guys came out soon as I pulled up to carry in all my stuff for me. Trunk, back seat and passenger seat stuffed! Then when it came time to complete it, I had ran out of money. In between jobs with a pregnant wife, it was embarrassing. They insisted on making discounts and helping me finish, even the owner called me personally to congratulate me on my new baby and offer me a further discount to make sure I wasn’t all the way broke. I saved nearly a hundred dollars and hours of time just because they were nice and wanted to help. 10 out of 10, permanent customer, will prob use every service they offer now just because they were so kind. Please go here if you are searching, they deserve it!!

First time going to a laundromat and it was a great experience! Service was very helpful and they stayed open a little bit late for me as I had a small load even though I came in 30 minutes before closing. Soap and all other necessities can be purchased onsite for $1.25 a piece. Comfy chairs were available to wait for my clothes. Thank you!

My experience at this laundry Mat has been a pleasure, All the employees made me and my mother feel very helpful and extremely clean, Honestly this is one of the cleanest laundry mats that I have been to and years, Even my sister who have lived here over 40 yes we'll only come to this laundromat because of the service, I will continue to come to this laundromat because of the service and the warm smile From the employer and employees, I give them 5 stars across-the-board and recommend anyone who needs to do their laundry away from home this is the place to go is peaceful it's quiet and a very inviting environment while doing your laundry.?☺️...stacy

Place is the same but new owners. The tall somewhat younger dude keep standing by me when.i was the only one.there. I asked him to please stop staring at me then he walked.around.and stopped behind.me to watch me load the machine bent over?? Not sure if he is.retarded.or what but this dude is the reason why.im telling everyone I know to avoid this place!
Not to mention a dollar to start the dryer! It's a quarter in shoreline that's expensive. So I pay more and get creeped out. This.ismt a haunted house by pretty damn close!

Decently clean facility. Good range of washer and dryer sizes at a fair rate.
The younger employee tall lanky guy is a perv and, honestly should not be working customer relations. Twice he tried peeling through the bathroom whilst a female was occupying. Not sure why their bathroom door has 4 inch holes all over. Keypad locks and denying access is the solution. There is no way this can be legal.
