They advertise the first 2 months are 1/2 off at the end of the month. Then tell you your 2 months started a month ago. Just another dishonest business trying to scam people out of their money. Don't trust them. You'll regret it.

MOLD. I highly recommend staying away from this place. There is a mold problem in several of the units and the higher ups aren’t doing anything about it. They wouldn’t even reimburse us for our last month there while we had to go through and clean everything out.
Not only did this cost us a ton of money but an insane amount of our time to go through everything and submit it to insurance.
Tons of baby stuff ruined right before our baby comes in 3 months.
I will say tho that the staff are amazing and kind and helpful. It’s not their fault.

To be honest we had a real rocky start due to a mistake. The staff went above and beyond to make up for it . Great customer service !!!

Went in looking for a storage unit (obviously ??♀️) stressed and overwhelmed with packing and moving in general. Walked in and right away was greeted by this incredible being by the name of Sarah. Instantly felt like I had just pulled up to my friends work to catch up on our days. She was extremely helpful and walked and showed me a few units to help me figure out the size I needed. But most Importantly she helped me find the one I wanted. I had full intentions of going around to several storage places then making an assessment then decide. Sarah was so great I got one right then and there and have been saved from the driving, the searching the dreadful moment where I thought I’d be like ok ok which one which spot this that, nope, done and done! Easiest and best experience ever. Thank you so much, Sarah!And also Trojan Storage $50 isn’t enough for gas, time and energy to do after hour assists! Just saying

My experience at your facility today was top knotch. The representative helped me through the process effortlessly, even while running 2 locations! I was thoroughly impressed. Will definitely rent here again!

Terrible storage unit. Came here at the supposed opening time of “9 am”. I’m currently writing this at 9:43 with not a single employee in sight. Would not recommend.

I loved it before Trojan took over. My price doubled and the autopsy did not carry over. They required an in person cash payment with tons of late fees to get back on track. The staff there are amazing and the place is clean and safe. Just not happy about how the transition was handled.

I would rather have my stuff stolen then store it at Trojan. Worst experience ever and when I went to cancel my unit 10 days before the end of the month they told me it's in the fine print that nobody reads and charged me another month all while the unit will get rented again.I should've read the fine print but a nice person would've communicated that when I told them I needed a unit for 60 days or so...Low life's!
