My photos came back alright. The service there was terrible. The man working was talking with three other customers outside of the photo. A woman came out and gave an awful look at him, then finally helped me.

Had bad service form the customer service desk. 10:50 today. Went to buy an new battery and had a core. Was told couldn't do that at self check out. Ok no problem. Was directed to customer service desk or back in auto. I was close to the customer service desk and talked to an older gal I started the conversation happy and light spirited and said to her I was directed her way to purchase my items as well as the new battery with the core exchange. No faster that I asked about the core she snipped at me and said she could not help and said I had to get the battery tested back in automotive. I said I just needed a new battery and not test the old one. She just turned a walked away. As did I really frustrated. Went back to auto and the gentleman back there was fantastic and friendly. Great service there. I was going to leave with out buying but he saved the day by how professional he was.

This Walmart has more registers open than most other Grocery stores I have been too. They used to have somewhat of a mask policy but if you have a condition you don't have to wear one. But do I give a damn about the enforcement? Nope. Shelves are fully stocked, helpful staff, this Walmart is fairly decent. I have no clue about the mask thing they enforce as I haven't been for 2 months. Overall a 4

Top-notch employee in the bakery did this awesome baby yoda cake...bought today..5/21/21.. This person shows attention to detail and you can see they care about the work they do..I'm so pleasantly surprised..i stumbled upon this by accident tonight and head to buy it..thank you bakery!

I ordered a smash cake a few weeks ago along with cupcakes for my kids first birthday. I ordered a 5 inch tall cake, showed them the picture, they even took a picture of my picture for reference. The cake the gave me was about 2 inches tall, and looks nothing like the cake I ordered. To top it off they made me pay for it, but online it says smash cakes are free with the purchase of custom cupcakes (did that). I took it only because it was hours before her party and I had no back up.

I like your store. Your checkers and help clerks are nice. Your outside crew is good too. Open your dressing rooms. Open them and just wipe them down after uses. I love your Tride & Tru jeans. Please stock some KAKI COLORED ONE IN " STRAIGHT " style and not just skinny! Please !!!

I went shopping in the Bonney Lake store today July 26,2020 and I was never so disgusted in the store there was hardly anything on the shelves the packaged lettuce was brown and like I love ragu and they have more Oregon on the shelves. The last kagsd mushrooms were brown. I haven't been to Walmart because I've always been discussed with the produce but I now know I will stay with winco just seeing the store today made me sick. Do not expect them to enforce the mask mandate. As of today, they have one older gentleman wearing a one layer bandana only half covering his face (nose exposed) staring at a small computer, and allowing many unmasked to enter. No offering of a mask, no reminding. 50% of the customers were coughing and not masked, half the floor staff have half ass-one layer old lady scarves tied around their heads, and only covering part of their mouths. This is the place to shop if you are looking for the place to make some political stand. Please shop here if you are anti-maskin, anti-vacin' and for the ratification of a certain population.

If you go in to pick up an online order, best of luck. Bring some reading material. I know it's the holiday season, but I don't see a reason for this. We waited 30 minutes to pick up our package. They came out with what they thought was ours, it wasn't, so they just set it on the counter next to us while they went back to the back of the store to find ours. Absolutely no reason we couldn't have grabbed the other package and walked out of the store. No one would have known. If that had been my box just sitting there, I'd have been pissed. Any way, word to the wise. NOT very efficient so plan accordingly.

I am not a fan of shopping in Walmart. It's so packed and always has long lines for check out but I LOVE their grocery pick up service. I drive all the way from enumclaw on Saturday mornings to get my groceries from here now because I figure the time in the car driving there I would spend walking the isles at my local grocery store. All staff I have encountered for this service are polite and quick! I've grown to know a few of them just from loading my groceries and really enjoy chatting with them. Also, I had to change my pick up time a few weeks ago and they were so accommodating and I really appreciated that.
