They also do an amazing fund raiser for patients that can't afford life saving procedures/care and would otherwise have to euthanize. “We brought in our very hyper and anxiety filled dog Bridgit in to be groomed. After warning the new groomer about our disabled Pom-Chu, I put the muzzle on her, told her we would be back and to be a good girl, knowing full well she wouldn’t be, told the groomer how we liked her to be cut and we left her. Turns out Bridgit “Loved her”! Bridgit didn’t need the muzzle and she received the best haircut ever!! I cannot express our relief and happiness, if you’re looking for a groomer who understands dogs, this is the place to go!!!,”

“Previously I had put that I would not recommend Buckley vet due to them not being honest with me about being able to keep me updated on a dog I had helped someone get the vet care they needed with. It was surrendered by the owner and I was told over phone, text and in person I could be updated. Later I was informed I could not be updated due to it being a surrender. I was later informed it was miscommunication on their end about being able to tell me updated and they felt really bad about it. Because they went out of their way to call me I think that was very nice as some places would not go out of their way to explain the situation and I respect that. I’ve had previous experiences with them before due to being a puppy foster parent and taking in pups that are medically in need. I hope we are able to build a better relationship as they are friendly and also getting into them is quick and easy, their front desk staff has always been very nice.”

We had a slight issue getting a nail trim and we were told that the puppy needs to learn to have her feet touched. This puppy loves having her feet touched. “AWESOME care for all our pets: three dogs and an occasionally crabby cat. The docs at Banfield take excellent care of them, giving them outstanding routine care as well as high-level emergency care. My oldest dog is my service dog. She’s had some serious health issues. The docs at Banfield have provided her care that’s seen her through more than one dangerous illness, and calmed me down enough to stop panicking too. I can be pretty useless on their behalf, I’m afraid. Most recently Dr Sullivan saw her on very short notice to do a full work up and assure me that no, she was not suffering from Pancreatitis, Round Two, 36 hours before we left for vacation and left all the animals with a sitter. They trust the Banfield docs. They go in without complaint or apparent fear, including my Sam, who is afraid of EVERYTHING. They’re gentle, thoughtful and thorough. They listen to me and my husband and are never too busy to listen or already sure they know what’s going on so feel that listening isn’t necessary. They’re the best. And so, by the way, is their pet insurance program.”
