“Husband and I love the care that we received with our bundle of fur. The owner of this location took our boy ? about an hour before closing and he (Ron) took absolute great care of our cat and we are so happy to see our furbaby acting like himself again. 10/5 stars!

“I've got a "little dog" (Irish wolfhound mix) who is super excitable and while he loves people, his big barking hello can intimidate some. We've never had a problem here! The staff is awesome! Handling my "little" guy with ease and making the whole experience a breeze for us both! It's not always easy to find a vet, let alone one that's as comfortable with larger dogs, and I couldn't be happier with them! We have 3 dogs that all go here that range from 50lbs up to 150lbs lol and they all are treated by the staff here like they are their own dogs. Friendly and great with the animals, knowledgeable and quick, I can't say enough good things about them! From regular shots and check ups, to the "oh no! What's that lump?!" they've taken amazing care of our fur babies.”
“McMillin Vet was there for me today when I needed someone to care. I instantly found the vet and his staff to be a very companionate. I was not a current client, but my pet was in a bad way, so, even though they were completely booked for the day, they made the time to be there for my little kitty.

Dr Jow was very knowledgeable and thorough giving them each a thorough checkup and giving me the certificates to go through Canada. The office staff were so nice and and friendly and helpful. “Very kind people. Made my first experience with them very nice despite the circumstances being there. The vet was very thorough and explained the X-rays and issues to me very clearly. You can tell she cares a lot about the animals she treats which is so relieving given previous vet experiences elsewhere!
I also like that they discussed pricing of the X-rays and prescriptions etc beforehand and weren’t pushy with anything.”
“Our family has been using South Hill Vet Hospital for about 17 yrs now, We love them, we just miss Dr Lawrence to pieces, Dr Chang is wonderful and we see her often. Our Big floofy boy saw the groomer Monday July 8th, we love his cut. He is a Great Pyrenees Clumber Spaniel mix, as he's gotten older he has become allergic to himself. He gets hot spots especially in the hotter months, due to his super long thick coat, we can miss the hot spots, so shaving him helps... Kuddos to a job well done!! ( photos are before & after, we took a few lbs of fur iff this guy!)”
“The staff at this Banfield is amazing. My poor dog has been having a lot of issues that have required a lot of vet visits lately, so we’ve sadly become regulars. They always greet us with smiles! Christy (I hope I spelled that right), specifically, at the front desk is my girl. I call so much now that she knows my phone number (embarrassing), yet she still answers every single phone call with grace, and patiently waits while I ask her my 37th question of the week. She then answers every question so calmly every single time, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she always finds it! Doctor wise, my dog has recently seen both Dr Penn and Dr Ofsthus and they have both been lovely and knowledgeable. They are also awesome about getting my dog in last minute/on short notice as well, which is super helpful when you’ve got a sick fur baby! I’d recommend this Banfield to anyone.”

They are helpful and typically available. Have yet to have to wait for weeks when my pet had a serious health issue.
This is one of the two places I typically recommend to people who need a reliable vet asap.
Side note:
Now that their lobby is open, I’ve been able to take a step inside and I found that they had a pet cat in the lobby who is very sweet.
Not sure if the cat is still around since it’s been some months since I was here, but I thought the friendly pet coming to get some pets was just so sweet.”

The vet sat on the ground and gained my dogs trust before examining him which was really nice, he was the least stressed I've seen him at a vets office. “We have been coming to VCA Panther Lake Animal Hospital for a year now and we love it! We moved all of our animal care here and highly recommend them.
Easy to get appointments for our 3 dogs and 3 cats, friendly staff, and affordable. The doctors we have seen have been GREAT and really show care and compassion for our “babies”. The technology is also great (schedule visits, chat, reminders, etc.). The location is also easy to get to and it is always clean and comfortable.
It can be hard to find a vet you trust these days, but VCA Panther Lake Animal Hospital is the place for us!”
“Buckley Vet has been pretty good to me and taking care of my pack of Boston Terriers. Prices are a little bit high but I'm ok paying because I feel I get better service. I also like how I can keep money on their books so when I have to send a friend or family member in to handle drop offs/pick ups there's no issues with paying or I can just deposit money to cover the surgery before hand. I've done shots, wellness checks, nail trims, spay, neuter, anal gland expression, and one euthanasia. They also did wellness checks throughout the pregnancy of one of my dogs and assisted in getting help for a 5day old puppy who was having eye issues. The team was more than supportive when one of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer. They worked with me to get all the information needed to make an informed decision. At this time of my dogs illness it was best to offer thorough comfort care instead of spending unknown amounts of money for a 5% chance of remission. Wait times for an appointment/surgery can take time but they usually have good availability for vet techs to handle simple things like nail trims.”

“Called to ask about Health Certificates for my dog to be able to fly. Was quoted a price lower than the other places that I’d called and was able to schedule for later that day. The exam was thorough, speedy and easy to get the necessary documentation for travel. I would recommend to anyone in need of care for their pet.”
“We purchased the puppy vaccine package. The cost was reasonable, the service is fast, thorough, and professional. We had a slight issue getting a nail trim and we were told that the puppy needs to learn to have her feet touched. This puppy loves having her feet touched. We won't be asking them to do that service in the future. They would have received 5 stars without that experience.”

She was courteous, knowledgeable and precise with my dog’s knee joint assessment and future care instructions.
