This was only my second time at True Nails, my first time was exceptional so of course I went back a second time. I saw Wendy both times. Service was unmatched by any other salon in Bonney Lake! I’ve never done this shape before or tried fun designs and I’m so glad I did. Salon is clean, everyone smiles at you, I was offered a drink of soda or water both times and today the gentleman that brought me a water even opened my drink for me. They weren’t pushy on other services and both designs I asked for Wendy excitedly said yes with no push back and exceeded what I showed her. It was a calm atmosphere, their communication with every person that called and checked out was great customer service from every employee. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15+ years and for the first time I’m blown away by how smooth, quick, comforting and enjoyable the experience here has been.
Stylist: Wendy was wonderful, kind, excited do perform my design and was a perfectionist. Even when I requested a small fix it was done without hesitation

I love Wendy the owners wife. She professional and does exactly what I want. She artist too. I find a picture of what I want, and usually she does an even better job painting than the picture. I recommend her to everyone. But it’s not just her, the entire team is that way. Here’s my last nail picture.

This was my third time ever having my nails done (always do them myself) and this was my best experience so far. I had a few intricate textured nail designs that I showed to Mimi and let her pick which one to do. I also told her she can freestyle/do whatever else she wanted to them. I attached the inspo pic she chose and then a photo of my left hand. They look great! Not perfect, but I've accepted no where will ever give me *exactly* what I want except myself. She did a great job, fast, offered me a beverage, cleaned the station as she went and asked my opinion throughout (I'm very quiet/reserved and don't easily offer my opinion, so I appreciated that she did this). Top coat was forgotten on one, only realized when the chrome came off a half hour later with hand sanitizer - I went back since I was in the area and although Mimi was with another client, someone else redid the chrome and top coat immediately for the one nail and didn't make me feel bad for coming back lol. Overall do recommend and I would go again, but for my wedding/when I need them perfect, I will still do them myself.

I use to come here years ago before I had my son and they always did such an amazing job + very fairly priced. Then a few years later I decided I wanted my nails done again. As a single mom to a 3.5 year old he had to come with me & wanted his nails done. ALL of the workers made me feel so comfortable bringing a young child to a more "adult" setting. He LOVED it and honestly it gave me a momma break with how attentive the workers were with him. Amy did an AMAZING job on my nails and got us in/out asap. I can't remember the ladies name who did my sons nails but she did such a good job on his as well. Still very fairly priced and still doing an amazing job. Will defiantly be getting my nails done more often again

I got my first pedicure of the season and my feet were so dry and jacked. They made me feel super welcome and were very accommodating. The staff seemed to work together well. They also fit me in near closing and I had a big event the following day.

It's my first time here, and I usually go to puyallup but because I want to be closer to where I live I went to this place, and I wanted to try this "True Nails & Spa" and they welcome me with Greetings they also offered me a drink while doing my meni pedi. The guy who did my nails listen and understood what I want, I will definitely go back. I dont remember the guy name but thank you!

This was my second time going to True Nails. The staff is very friendly and do a fantastic job. Last time I got the detox pedicure. Today I got the organic pedicure and gel nails. I'm very happy with everything. I would highly recommend this shop. The organic pedi came with an interesting gel soak, paraffin wax, hot stones and massage. It was super relaxing.
