“I was in quite the predicament. Called them, showed up in about 20 minutes. I had a 26ft box truck fully loaded stuck 100ft off road in the mud. Worked safely and cautiously to get unstuck and roadside. Easy, fast, friendly and efficient. I would call them again in a second. Great service, great price. 5 Stars all day!”

I know that buying a used car can come with its own parks that will fail, and sometimes even right after buying it. I scheduled the repair and they had it done in a timely manner. “. So my brake went out and I found myself stuck in a Taco Bell parking lot in Milton WA. The first company I called quoted me $265. I thought that was high so I called another company, they asked a million questions that I thought were irrelevant to getting a quote.The next company, Fife Service and Towing quoted me $135 which was far from the first quote of $265. Anyway Joe the tow truck driver was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions.I think the person with the first tow company tried to take advantage of my situation. He probably thought that after a brake failure that I would be upset and desperate ( I was not ) and not have the presence of mind to get a few quotes. Ladies always stay calm and get a few quotes.”

“The actual Customer Service was good. The charges for towing and storage are outrageous!!! Your car is held hostage and you have no choice but to pay it or loose your car in an auction after 3 weeks!!! You have to try to get your case before a Towing Court to try and get some of your money back.”
