Would not ship off suitcases said don't do it we've done it 3xs there Sunday 3rd of November at 10:05 am male staff would not.we went to ups in Puyallup they got our business shipped both for $240. 21

Today, the very kind employee was able to solve a problem for me that was not his problem at all. He was very polite and explained to me how what I wanted to do was not going to work the way Amazon told me it would work, and then found a solution and took care of all of it for me.
