They continue to close the self checkouts, claiming customers want more “face to face” time with employees. Yeah, no thanks. We want to check out quickly and easily. If we wanted to talk to employees…we would choose a checkout stand. With self checkout closed the line at the checkout stand gets long quickly. I used to shop here multiple times a week and will choose other places now that offer self checkout consistently.

Self checkout always down. Long lines and only 1-2 checkers working at a time. It keeps getting worse. Cutting corners to increase profit.

High prices & it's hit or miss for what products are in stock. As with anywhere, sometimes placing an online order to pick up will save you time and let you know if items are available.

A woman was using the nursing room as a changing room with the door unlocked, kinda disrespectful when I have a baby girl to feed! Wasn’t super clean, disappointed to not see a changing table.

I love having the option for drive up to pick my orders up. This has helped me to save so much time and to be able to get the items I need quickly when it is convenient for me. The staff are always super friendly, quick to bring the order out, confirm my name and load the bags into my car. Thank you for providing the option to order online and pick up my orders!

I love this store. They have unique and different things for great prices and the selections are always good. Their sales are great too. But mostly I like the people at the Bonney Lake store. I recently left $40 in the self checkout cash dispenser when I didn't finish my transaction before I left the store. I got distracted by something and walked out before I pushed the last button to finalize the transaction. The manager noticed it after I was out the door, and he pushed the last button to finish my transaction. When I realized about fifteen minutes later I left my cash behind I quickly went back praying the money was still there, and it was!! So yeah, I love this store, for many reasons.

It was fine, found what I needed but it seems like Target used to have more in their home goods section. At first, I found what I was looking for but the only one they had was dented. It would have been nice if all of their home shelves were filled with options. It was slim pickings. I did find stuff that was ok, but nothing that I was truly happy to purchase.
