Horrible color job! Uneven and to make it worse only partially highlighted hair. So I had a too dark flat color in front highlights in back. I was told she had a vision for me . So I was talked into it. I wanted a hair cut that is all. Then I was charged 250$ for that mess. I was so embarrassed! I had to go on my vacation looking like that. How awful ??

I had a super bad experience at this place. My daughter heard and witnessed the whole thing. It was pretty shocking to say the least.

Came in asking just for a color, no cut, no styling a simple color which the owner of the store did for me. 200$. Not once have I ever payed that much for a color anywhere else. On top of that the salon was a cramped cluttered place which included the owner Glenda who would talk badly about other salons. I went from a light brunette with highlights to black hair and within a week there was a bright blonde streak coming up from the black dye which i soon later learned from my other stylist was a result of her poorly done dying job. My hair wasn’t even fully dryed before she said after claiming she’s done have for 15 years “I’ll stop drying ur hair here, it’s getting frizzy.” has she never expierenced a wavy hair texture in her 15 years of hair? I went home 200$ shorter, stained forehead, half wet hair and overall a bad experience. Save 100$ and go to one of the many other better salons in bonney lake.Service: Hair coloring

After my mother came home with amazing hair when working with Miss Glenda a couple weeks ago, I decided to make an appointment with her too. Miss Glenda is absolutely amazing with what her salon refers to as fantasy colors (meaning brilliant, bright, fun colors). She not only fixed a horrible haircut I’d received before, but also dyed my hair gorgeously and took out a lot of the bulk (which I’ve struggled with forever)! She was meticulous and very professional, talkative and friendly. The best part is I love the way my hair turned out! Note; If you decide to get a fantasy color, make sure you have time. Beauty takes time. Rushing is not Miss Glenda’s way and the perfection of my hair reflects not only her knowledge of her craft but also her attention to detail, which is AMAZING. I will be coming back for all of my hair care needs.Services: Haircut

Becky did both my sons hair. The top looks great. The sides and back was not per instructions. Unfortunately I was there but on the phone and video call, but I stated I wanted skin tight and no fade to hair line. This is not what happened. It is not skin tight and there is a fade up to hair line. Simple instructions and easy to follow yet not done. Now I have to fix it at home, what I was trying to avoid by paying someone to do it. And they made my boys wear a mask during hair cut. Mandate freedom!Service: Haircut

Did an excellent job on my hombre that was grown out and had turned sort of brassy. Glenda blended some beautiful blonde streaks in and toned my hair. I’m VERY happy with it! Came out perfectly.
