Mens haircut and beard trim. General haircut was ok but very overpriced and she was clearly rushing due to other customers waiting. She missed a long bit of hair over my ear and missed a lot of hairs on the neckline of my beard. Can't beat the walk in convenience, but I won't be back unfortunately.Services: Haircut

I had a haircut there back in August. The stylist used a thinning razor and sheers without permission and I didn't realize what she was doing until it was too late. This effectively destroyed my long hair. It's been a frizzy mess ever since. The stylist was talking about personal issues the whole time and it was the most uncomfortable haircut of my life. have tried severely times to reach someone at corporate overwhelming months and have not been able to reach a live person despite several attempts over the months.Service: Haircut

Very disappointed with the cost and the service. I requested a full set of highlights. She used alot of foils on my hair but there are very few highlights. I called to let her know (Mye)that I was disappointed and she informed me she used a lot of foil and they are still in the garbage and I can come and look. I stated I only have 3 or 4 highlights. She said if she did more it would be all blonde. I thought she would tell me to come in and she would add more but she just said it would be all blonde. I have had highlights before and I know how they are supposed to look. I think $150 and a $25 tip was way too much. She was not willing to work with me at all. I think my hair will look even worse when my 4 highlights grow out. Complete waste of almost $200Service: Hair highlighting
