He was kind, friendly, and made the whole testing of my gait, scan of my feet and all the rest very efficient and easy. No stress, no pressure to buy, just helpful suggestions and that sold me. I was going to go home to think about it but my trust in his knowledge and attention to what I was looking for helped me decide right then to buy. I am very happy with my Topo shoes I bought!”

“This is the only place I shop for shoes since Payless shut down. Today I was helped by Collin and his manager. They were both very friendly, welcoming in customers, handling phone calls and balancing stocking. It was pretty busy but their service made it seem flawless. I accidentally grabbed the wrong size of socks at check out and came right back, it took a minute for them to process the exchange together (I think Collin might still be learning :) ) but I still enjoyed my experience and they went above and beyond to exceed expectations. Would highly recommend this Famous Footwear and commend their employees! Always love shopping their clearance section for an abundance of deals.”

“Had a small leak in my roof and called Your Roof Medic first thing in the morning. They were very helpful on the phone and had someone out a couple of hours later. Fixed my leak quickly and repaired a couple other spots and charged me exactly what he quoted. Great service and really nice people”
