This store is NEVER STOCKED! I have went back 4 times to look for a particular shade eyeshadow and they never have it. I don't even go there anymore ?. The staff is amazing though, besides the guy that works there. He has no clue unfortunately.

This place needs to be a stand alone store. It takes up too much space in Kohl's. I use over priced cosmetics, but don't want to go to Kohl's to get them.

So I really had the worst experience of Sephora ever at this store . I never had issues with Sephora in the past but several bad experiences at this store even though I gave them several chances and thinking not to buy from Sephora again.First I went in cause I was having a hard time finding the foundation that fits my skin and doesn’t leave streaks. The girl was nice but recommended truly the wrong color or what I needed .I went a second time addressing my concerns and another girl recommended another foundation that was definitely way off and made me first look like a ghost and definitely didn’t fit my skin tone .So today I went in with my foundation that I only used once not realizing that I passed the return window which I wasn’t aware of because at Kohl’s there is no time to return and the guy was like sorry I cannot help you . Then I said fine I will look around myself to find a good foundation and when I asked for help he said sorry I have to help a new employee and other customers even though I spoke with him first . As if my purchase was not important and that I am not valued as a customer even though I have been a customer for many years . Really disappointed and not sure I will go back unless I am treated with respect

I wanted to exchange some vitamin C serum I purchased a few weeks ago because it wouldn’t spray. I didn’t have the receipt and I’d paid cash. Not a problem. The supervisor graciously made the exchange. Thanks for the great service.

The customer service is outstanding. They know exactly what you need for beautiful skin. And they help you pick out the perfect makeup that you are looking for. I dont go anywhere else for my skin care or my makeup needs(wants).

I've never been to a Kohl's before and wanted to see if I could find the Lady Gaga line of makeup at the Sephora. Nope, this sephora is minimalistic at best. There's a few big brands but if you have light skin, you're not going to find makeup that will match you- Bonney Lake is full of vampires. Most of the red lipsticks were gone and the first three of damn near every foundation/concealer were out of stock. Olive to dark skin? No worries you're going to find that match you need. Unfortunately the brand I was looking for wasn't available, so I opted to just wait. Not really a fan of this one, just go to the mall if you need to be sure to find what you need. The girls were nice and said hello. I spritzed myself with a bunch of Tom Ford before leaving and wandering around the main store.
