My neighbor referred me to this shop and now I'll be referring people too. This is my 2nd time having work done here. They are busy for a reason, and worth the wait. They diagnosed my truck and gave me a reasonable quote for services. I had a complete exhaust replacement done as well as having the brakes replaced. I dropped it off at 8am and picked it up at 5pm. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Great job guys! Thanks for your honest work.

I am in total agreement with the comment following this. We had used these guys with good luck for years but since they remodeled it's gone to hell. The people working in their look like they're 14 years old. We took our motorhome in there for a $3,000 brake job and the first time out the front brakes dragged and caught on fire. The brakes faded going down a hill and we were barely able to avoid a serious accident. Took it back and they said oh you need new brake lines on the front and I said you should have done that anyway on the rig of this age, they charged me to put the new flex lines on. The guy also destroyed the emergency brake which they deny. They put the rear wheels on wrong where you couldn't even get to the fill valve on the inside wheel so I took it back to get that fixed and when I got there of course I checked it and it's put together totally wrong, you can't get to any of the fill valves on the inner or outer wheel now. Nice fix! Tried to talk them about it and they got adamant and rude. Told me to take it to a tire shop which is ridiculous never had that problem before. They won't even let you talk to the owner Scott what does that tell you? I stomped out of there with some of the most vile comments I've ever made in my 71 years, and I'll never go back. Stay far far away.

Used them for 2 years. Felt they were very expensive, but cars worked afterwards. At one pointy though they "repaired" my car for a hefty amount, then one month later the car broke down in a very similar way again. I was told I needed a new engine (No one touched the engine after they "fixed it" the first time around).
They then lied to me, and then to my wife, regarding the recommendation they gave us at the first repair. They even spent ten minutes combing trough all their paperwork - they could not find what they claimed they wrote in the discharge papers.
The written notes were very snarky too, in retrospect it really felt like they were taking advantage of the fact I am not a car guy (guess it is my fault for daring using them, hence I may deserve this shop's contempt).
The bottom line is that, in my experience, at this establishment you will get put in your place as a customer as a starter, you may then pay a lot of money for a "repair", to then have to shell out a lot of money again to buy a new car after they have "worked" on it.

Got 2 O2 sensors replaced....took them 40 minutes IF THAT and they charged me for 2 hours of labor. Not an honest outfit!!! Stole 120 dollars right in front of my face. Maybe they charge labor for your vehicle just sitting there for an hour after your 830 scheduled appointment time lol disgraceful and dishonest!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I had my brakes/sensor's replaced and Scott and his team were great! Got me back on the road and didn't try and upsell me on anything that wasn't necessary. We will be bringing our vehicles here for work!!

Stay far away from here. Very, very far away. They are the only game in town and they know it. We have been customers here for over a year and a half, and recently had a car break down to where it was totally useless after being fully serviced three weeks earlier. The front desk manager actually lied to me over the phone and said that we had been told that we needed to check our oil weekly, so it was our fault that our engine had broken down. They told us no such thing, and the car only had 2000 miles since the last time they filled up the oil.
This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had, and I run customer service teams that I’m proud of. They made no effort to admit mistakes, try to make anything better, give any discount for future service or comp what happened in the past. But blaming the customer is incredibly poor practice, especially when they verifiably lied about having advised us. Had they done anything, anything at all aside from lying to us and then claiming that they didn’t mean to lie to us we would probably still be customers. Just know that if you go here, your best hope is that your car never has any problems after being worked on. They will not stand behind their work or do anything at all to try to make something right, and they will gaslight you to boot. Buyer beware.

I’d give it more stars if I could. Amazing job. I came to them with a vision for how I wanted the exhaust to look and they made it happen, just as I imagined. They even took extra care to heat shield the evap canister near the muffler and the pipe bends they made were excellent. The technician also painted over welds to make them last (it also complemented the black finish at the tips). Everyone I talked to at the shop was friendly and knowledgeable and they went over the intricate parts of the job to make sure I felt comfortable with the finished product. They even make sure the finish coat (power coating) on the exhaust tips they use will last long term as they don’t like to use products that won’t be durable for their customers. It’s the little things that mean a lot. I’m super happy with the results. Thank you!

I called several shops in the area to have the exhaust done on my 1976 Blazer, the prices were insane! Scotts was a little further drive but the price was very reasonable for what I was asking. I dropped the truck off in the morning and got a call at 2 p.m. that it was done. My Blazer sounds AMAZING! I couldn’t be happier. I will be bring all of my vehicles here in the future. Great customer service, great quality work. Thank you Scott and team!

These guys had a great attitude and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. They communicated well and made sure they understood what I was trying to accomplish.
