I was looking to see if my medication was at their store or any others. They have a system that connects of all of their inventories that takes less than 30 seconds to review. The woman on the phone acted like that was a huge imposition to have her do, and blew me off before hanging up on me. Terrible staff.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The counter lady olwas nice but the actual pharmacist was rude, unhelpful, yelling thru her mask the whole time she was filling my prescription. Was a terrible experience ?

Old lady in the back of the pharmacy yelled over the very polite person helping me. She was rude and short with glasses and all grey silver hair. I didn't get her name but she should NOT speak to customers that way. I will take my prescriptions anywhere else from now on thanks to her bad attitude. Lady you should be ashamed of your behavior.

Wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars. If you want staff that treat you like actual human beings instead of feeling like you're a nuisance to them, avoid this place. I have never felt more belittled and dismissed than I have dealing with the staff there. The clerk was rude and combative while the pharmacist feels like she hardly has enough training to be professional when she laughs along with her staff. Why they were amused? I had an urgent RX that needed to be filled, fast. I ordered 3 days in advance, and they said it would be ready by in 2 days. Great. I get there and they then tell me, they are out of stock of the medication. I asked when it would be in stock and they told me they had no idea. I asked why they didn't call to inform me so I could have looked around at other pharmacies that might carry the RX and have it on hand. I was told, "it's not our job to be prepared for your specific demands. We are out of stock. Good bye." Then, they all giggled like children. I'm sorry, I guess I was misinformed that, as a customer, I would have my specific needs met. Regardless, they obviously didn't even care enough to call me and let me know that, oh in fact, they would not have the RX ready in 2 days. How hard is it to pick up the phone you lazy, insipid pieces of human garbage. Avoid this place. It's not worth the hassle. Go to the Rite Aid across the street. Cheaper meds, courteous staff and speedy results. To all the pharmacy staff at Safeway, find new jobs - you obviously are incompetent at your current jobs.

Folks there stay pleasant even when it's slammed. Their app sucks, though, and I'm having trouble getting my new prescription filled, so I'm changing pharmacies.

This is a great Safeway! They are always friendly and the employees have worked there for what seems like forever! They have sort of evened out their prices since the pandemic and are closer with competitors then they were in the past!

This wasn't for the pharmacy....It was for the store.U get a star cause I like the clerks......waited in long line...asked for another clerk....only 2. Self check was lined up too.....I refuse to use them.Going to Fred Meyers..I liked Safeway too...was over in Eastern Wash for 2 years....drove out of my way to go to Safeway....bye!

throughout pregnancy and postpartum, i have been on several medications, many of them needing to be refilled last minute, or requiring extra information from my dr to fill. The staff has been helpful, kind and informative to speak to over the phone. in person, i always have my toddler with me, and they always talk to her and make her feel special. one woman in particular, who i have seen almost every time we go in, is very friendly and has outstanding customer service skills. the reviews i had seen for this pharmacy made me concerned to fill my scripts there, but i have only had positive experiences with the staff. removing one star simply because the safeway parking lot is kind of a mess and backs up to the woods, where there are many homeless camps as well as just areas used for drug consumption amd drug deals. thus, i have frequently returned to my car with some sketchy circumstances which have caused me not to want to come without my husband.

Ordered buttoneer and corsage for prom. They were supposed to be white roses ended up being white lilies. No one bothered to even tell me that white roses were not available so I didn't even know until I showed up to pick them up. Corsage lasted about an hour before it fell apart. Very special occasion. Very disappointed.

I had a $4,000 Rx that Safeway incorrectly released to an old provider even though this Rx was written by a separate doctor and had nothing to do with old provider. So when I went to pick it up I was told it was already filled and mailed. Got stuck doing a run around between these two parties with nobody taking accountability even tho it was clearly Safeways fault. It took me 3 weeks to get my Rx and Safeway would do nothing to help resolve THEIR mistake.

I went into Safeway today to do some Christmas shopping. I went to the deli and the older lady that was waiting on me was extremely rude then she dropped my bag on the floor picked it up put my wings in it and slam my wings on the counter and wouldn’t even say thank you plus the wings were not cooked good and it was just overall poor service I’d never go back to this deli again. I know things are busy right now but there’s no excuse for picking stuff up off the ground and then putting the customers product in it and giving it to them without even a smile on your face

As well as always being reliable and friendly on the good days, they're also well-prepared and dependable when the power goes out. They have a backup generator to keep computers running, and aren't afraid to grab a flashlight to go find your prescription.Edit 2 years later: my insurance randomly refused to cover a medication and the cost was going to be $85. Bradley brought it down to $15 without being asked. Give this guy a raise.
