The only reason this place gets any business is because it’s the only drive-through nearby. Technicians and pharmacist were very rude, and not for the first time. I spoke to someone both in person a few weeks ago and again over the phone a couple days ago to confirm a prescription would be ready. She confirmed to me that I would NOT need to call the day of. Today I showed up and they told me it is not ready (6:30pm) and to come back in an hour. When I told them alright, but reiterated what I has been told, they accused me of lying and said that I have been coming here for a while, I should know that I have to call the same day. That is completely different than what the technicians told me both occasions. Miscommunications happen (especially here) and are understandable. But the only decent, kind person working there is the young man who has been there for years.

Accused my fiancé of shoplifting as she used the bathroom while she waited to pick up a prescription. That's a serious accusation! I understand that there are thieves, but we know 100% nothing was stolen. If it wasn't such a hassle and her neurologist hadn't told her NOT to switch pharmacies, we'd never frequent this location again. Only drive-thru visits in our future. Truly despicable. Especially getting in her face when she had a migraine and just wanted her meds. GROSS

The people are rude! Never have RX ready when they say they will. Sometimes I wish someone in their family would have problems and have someone treat them the way they treat us!

The pharmacist was incredibly nice, but if someone signs up for the covid vaccine and you don't have the actual vaccine for the appointment, you should call and cancel that appointment. Or just don't let people sign up for the appointments. Like I said, very nice people, but a courtesy call would have been nice before wasting our time driving out there.

My husband and I got a shingles shot yesterday. We didn't have an appointment and waited about 20 minutes. The young man who gave the injection was friendly and professional.

Bought a huge can of Monster Energy here then chugged it within 20 minutes. Caused heart palpitations and extreme paranoia. Smooth transaction though. Will return.

I went to pickup a prescription that was ready and prepaid. I arrived at the drive thru at 118 and talked to an employee at 121. As soon as they talked to me they informed me I would have to come back after 2 because they were going to lunch. I told them I just had to pickup. They asked me to hang on a moment. At 126 they came back and told me they were closing for lunch. I told them I’d been there waiting and they told me to wait again. In this time they never asked my name. The person had a manager come and tell me they were closing for lunch and I had to come back. The manager informed me they have to close up earlier than 130 so the employees get their full 30 minutes. If this is what they need to do they need to change their closed hours. It’s absolutely ridiculous to know I arrived prior to their lunch and to be put off.

I was Literally in line at Bonney Lake riteaid as a car drove off it was 1:23 pm, she closed the curtain and their sign says they go to lunch at 1:30-2:00 and mind you I'm the last car and it is 1:23, I even had my daughter with me,I pushed the call button and she did not acknowledge all, talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE to the extent she is the one with long wavy hair. WOW

I agree with almost everything said about the pharmacy . The lady with red hair is RUDE and can NEVER get it right. It’s NEVER on time or correct. She argues and fights u when u try to correct her. Never have I had a good experience with this pharmacy.

You'd have better luck filling a prescription at the local Chevron . I've never ever dealt with a worse corporation. EVERY RITE AID IS THE SAME. LANE AS LAME CAN GET!!! As too the response from the owner, not interested in your poor excuses. Prescriptions will be transferred to a competent pharmacy.

What a terrible shopping experience! My daughter and I were followed around the store by two employees who appeared to be monitoring for theft. Then, after making my purchase, both followed us to the door and one actually requested to see my receipt to confirm I had paid for an $8 hairbrush!?! I realize this store has experienced a terrible amount of theft before, but this was taking customer service to a whole new low. Transferring my Rx this week so I never have to come back.
