Called to tell them I had been diagnosed with prostate cancer and would be unable to pay for that month but would be able to next month. I was told "that will be no problem, you've been great on making you payments on time for 3 years" Then they charged me late fees and got rid of my ability to gain access to my unit. Not to mention every year my payment amount has gone up with barely any notice. Do not go here

They have horrible customer service. the lady who originally leased the unit to us was great, but this month we were contacted by a new person. He called to say our unit was past due. I informed them we were on autopay. he confirmed our information they have on file and proceeded to run the monthly premium. When the charge actually hit our account, they had charged us a $15 late fee, on an $85 unit. I called to get the fee removed because we had signed up for autopay, so their failure to process the card was on them, not us. he refused to refund the late fee, and even went so far as to condescendingly educate me about how I should have found and "re-checked the autopay box" when I provided them the updated payment information. Everything sill showed as autopay, but somehow I was supposed to know it was tied to the old card and I had to re-attach the autopay to the new payment information manually. really? And specifically I remember, I DID choose autopay, but now the system won't even let me in... it says "no username found for that email" and when I try to start new account, it says "that email is already registered!"AVOID THIS PLACE. Horrible customer service.

The manager Kristy went above and beyond helping me get into my unit. I would more than recommend this facility to anyone. Customer service is outstanding!!!!

When my fiancé and I were moving out of our apartment we were in need of a storage unit to put all our stuff in until our house was ready. The staff at Premier Storage are top notch! Always friendly, courteous and willing to help. The units are clean and secure. They also let you use their box truck which is a great bonus. If we are ever in need of another storage unit Premier Storage is where we will go!

If it's supplies you're seeking they might have them but prices are not displayed on the items. I asked the one person working there for the price of a box of packing paper. That's a common product and she should know the price, right? Instead, she directed me to a very small sign in the wall with a list in very small type of all the items they carry and the prices. I had to search through the list of about fifty items to find the price. I couldn't find the packing paper in the list. My poor eyesight did not help. That is not accommodating. U-Haul and every other storage facility I've been in has the prices clearly stated on each item. I could have asked her for more help but why? I left on principle, hoping this review will cause them to put prices on their products that people with poor eyesight can actually find and read, like a normal storage supply business. If they do, I'll change my review. If they don't care, I won't.

My experience with Premier Storage was outstanding. Christy the manager was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful, professional, and very customer oriented. She really helped me in my time of need. The storage facility is extremely clean, blue tooth enabled, and easy access to the units. I highly recommend Premier Storage and I can’t thank Christy enough.

So, I posted a one star review for Premier Storage because I had a legitimate concern. Plus, I wanted to know if the corporate office is listening, or was this just a dart board that goes nowhere.I did not post details as I wanted to give them the opportunity to respond first.I am happy to note, they did. I got a call within an hour of posting and had a great conversation with someone...from corporate. I voiced my viable concerns, and was met with empathy, (which never solves a problem, but it is nice), along with the possible solutions.Now I will say the problem wasn't whisked away like magic, but my voice was heard, I understand more background information, the problem is resolved to my satisfaction, and as important; I appreciated the quick response and what I felt was a genuine desire by the company to make sure I was happy and the issue was resolved.This is how companies are supposed to act.I will continue to be a customer.Thank you,Ryan

This is the best storage I have used to date. Everything is automated and easy to access. It is always clean and the staff are good people.
