“We love and appreciate Rxpress and the employees! Our family used another (drive through available) pharmacy for years, until we were so fed up with their lack of customer care / service that we finally gave up and haven't been back. As a family, we easily had many thousands of dollars per month in prescriptions... and we couldn't even be treated like we mattered.The final straw was a prescription for 30 iron tablets that ened up costing me like $11. As I was walking out, I happened to walk down the aisle where the bottles of iron were, and noticed that the dose was exactly the same as what I'd just gotten. I could have gotten 20× what the prescription was, for less than half the price! (Too many issues and tests kept my brain from even thinking about it being sold NON prescription!) Something a GOOD PHARMACIST WOULD HAVE MENTIONED!!! Especially to a customer who had been coming there for 15+ years and they knew by name!$11 didn't break the bank and wouldn't for most... but for some, it could have made a huge difference it what they had to support their family. After months of being told they had medication they didn't, being told to come back in '2 hours' only to be told to come back in 'another 2 hours' (sometimes multiple times!) We tried a couple other local pharmacies, but the amount of time they took (and no drive through!) just didn't work for us. A couple days after the iron prescription, I just happened to see Rxpress as we were going into the Taco Time drive through... and decided to give them a try. From the second we walked in, everyone was nice, friendly, helpful, and answered all questions without acting like they were dumb questions to ask! Since that day we've only used Rxpress and have not looked back! Give them a try, you will be so happy you did!”
“Staff was friendly and my prescriptions were ready on time. They transferred our prescriptions without issue. I appreciate that my prescription costs go towards my executive rebate (they can be expensive). I also think it's great that they will fill pet prescriptions, I haven't used that part yet, but awesome to know its an option.”

“Omg, this pharmacy is the best ive ever used. Even when my insurance put them out of my network, i still used them and they made sure i got every discount possible. The pharmacists are super, the staff are sweet. Always helpful, never make you feel bad, or look at you sideways for certain kinds of meds. I will continue using them as long as i have pharmacy needs”

“Multicare pharmacy became my go to pharmacy thru covid. There ability to keep me informed to the availability of my perscriptions was a god send. I had been with another pharmacy for more than 30 years and because how I was treated made my decision to find another very easy. The people who work there are always ready to help, even if that means calling another to help you get what is needed. So I thank them for everything they have done so far.”

“When you live in a frontier town, that's correct frontier and not rural, it is worth the hour plus drive to get there and do your shopping. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5, is because Montana has stupid liquor laws and so Costco cannot sell hard liquor. So, we miss out on all of Kirkland Signature Brand products.”

“Love to come to Bonney Lake and go to their Costco. I live in Tacoma and usually go to the one on South 38th. It's so busy and crowded and parking is horrible, but when I come up to Bonney Lake this Costco is always friendly and laid back. Everyone's friendly, you can get into the gas station very quickly without the great big pile up of cars. It seems like they just have a wide variety of products to offer.”
