Multicare pharmacy became my go to pharmacy thru covid. There ability to keep me informed to the availability of my perscriptions was a god send. I had been with another pharmacy for more than 30 years and because how I was treated made my decision to find another very easy. The people who work there are always ready to help, even if that means calling another to help you get what is needed. So I thank them for everything they have done so far.

Delivery of my father's meds (he's a multicare hospice client) are currently 7 HOURS past due. The delivery link claimed at one point that his was the next delivery, waited 40 minutes while app claimed driver was 8 minutes away. Now it says 3 more deliveries, another 59 minutes. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. wish I could rate delivery with no star

Never had a problem at this pharmacy till I made a mistake yesterday and ordered the wrong med for my daughter. Came @ 5ish yesterday and went back telling the clerk that I made a mistake ordering the wrong med and the clerk gave me a bad attitude. Very horrible experienced

Waited 15 minutes inside after being looked at and ignored went threw the drive threw and the pharmacist who helped me was beyond rude and acted like I was an inconvenience!
