Not open on the hours listed and the phone number doesn’t work. Employees are unable to answer any questions and they take advantage of elderly people.

Place is closed. Been closed for months. I have clicked that the business has closed on Google numerous times but still shows open?Terrible service from this store when this store was opened. Applied twice for the government Internet/phone $$$ assistance and was never applied.Left and went to Verizon where they applied it without any issue.

Business is no longer here. Everything taken down. Nothing inside anymore and no signs. Not sure when it closed but I was disappointed when I showed up since it still says open on here.

I got my phone here and a new number which I have been setting up for 2 months. The state gave me an unlimited everything Sim, but this place says it have to have it for 180 days. Pd 96$ then 65.00 per month. This is the cheaper phone. Sick of not receiving benefits because no one goes by the gov unlocked phone. After not having a phone number and having to completely start fresh , this is rediculous. Spent an hour in the store.

I've always received excellent one and one service. I know that in this climate it's hard to get good staff coverage, but that would be my one suggestion of improvement. Often needing more than one person working.

Not good at all, my phone wS stolen and the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, kept saying that my stolen phone was suspended. That was a lie, I pay for PHP protection, that was useless, nothing that they advertised they would do, like set an alarm, deactivate the Sim card..all a lie. Not only that I found out that I have been overpaying for service and what I was originally quoted is not at all what my account states.
