“Nice and clean. Good access hours and pricing is good compared to other places. I was renting a 10x30 from Public Storage and they raised my rent from $247/Mo to $333 after 3 months, nearly 35% increase. So I decided to move to Life Storage for a 10x20 for $185/mo. Their employees were friendly and professional.April 21st, 2024 - Well, I have to change my rating. I just received in the mail a notice, after renting from them for 3 months, that my rate will be increasing to $244, a more than 30% increase in price. I can understand 5%-10% a year or something like that but 30% is unreasonable. They lure you in with a good price then stick it to you a couple months later. Seems to be common practice for storage rental companies Renter beware. Their customer service and employees are still great, but their business practices are terrible.May 1st 2024 - Someone from the facility i rent from called me earlier this week and lowered the rent by $25 so the price is better. She said that Corporate are the ones who send out the notices and decide when and how much to raise the rent. I can understand that after working for a few corporations myself. She was very nice and helpful and I am grateful that she was willing to do what she could. So I will continue renting from them and will contact the facility if they decide to do another price increase and go from there.”

“I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!”

The purple shirt-wearing guy that helped me had the best vibe, and honestly, the morning & last couple of days have been sad, stressful, annoying, etc.
This UPS store employee somehow lifted my spirits.
I don't know if that's his real personality, or if it's hos "customer service persona" either way, he seemed genuine & i got the impression he actually enjoys helping people.
(I withessed him help other people too)
The other employees seemed cool too, I didn't really interact with them.
As far as services offered, they have a lot.
Anyway, thanks again for the information today, and I hope you all at the store today have been told you did good work today, (and everyday, I imagine )
