We invested hours researching and purchasing a new refrigerator. More hours preparing for the delivry - inclding moving our cars to promote easy access to our front door. Our delivery window was 4 hours between 12:30 and 4:30 PM. We tracked the delvery progress on the app and the driver telephoned us at 4:00 pm. I told him about our challenging driveway and suggested he back in (worked well for many other deliveries). The truck arrived and I went out to meet it (he didn't back as suggested) to see him drive off - no call - nothing. I assumed he was turning arround up the street and after a few minutes I went to see - he vanished! I tried his cell (from the earlier call) and it went staight to his voice mail. I left a message asking what happened and for a call back - it never ha ppened. 30 minutes later i finally reached someone (by phone) who apologized and scheduled me for "The earliest next delivery - Wednesday" (today is Saturday). Wow! I suggested i ahould cancel my order, but the said they will make "concessions for my inconvenience'. I'm interested to see what these "concessions" look like and will post an update Mwanwhile we put our food back into our hobling old refrigeraror, setting our coolers aside in wait for Wednesday's "adventure".

Went to Lowes in bonny lake today couldn't find one person that new anything about plumbing.told them I was extending a drain hose on a washing machine the girl with the shit hanging out of her nose,ask me if it was going to be hot or cold water ? I went to home Depot,they had informed they had a guy in plumbing that new what he was talking about.not going back to Lowe's

The customer service people here are too busy hanging out with each other to show you where anything is. They are consistently either out of everything or they do not down stock so the shelves are consistently empty.

Went into Lowe's Bonney Lake to pick up some items, which included some replacement sprinkler heads. At checkout the sprinkler heads would not "ring up", although the print out from their web site (which I had printed off and brought with me), showed the price. So I had the product (which was located on their shelf), and had verification of price, which matched their website. Yet they refused to sell me the product... (Interesting business model). Once I got home, I researched the reasons for this to happen; only to realize that those products are basically illegal to sell in the State of Washington under the guidelines of HB1444, which states that sprinkler heads manufactured prior to "January 1, 2021" cannot be used. So this product has obviously been sitting on their shelves for over two and a half years! Makes you wonder what other products in this store are well past its use?

I ordered a shower inclosher March 18 was told be in store the april13th no phone call I called them then said be there the 17th with no phone call I called them and was put on hold and hung up on twice go ahold of management who said they would look into it and promised to call back next day with no phone call of course called back they said will be there in another week to no phone call again got ahold of customer service again told another week so it's been a month and a half and still no shower inclosher with the same excuse it will be another week this store is the worst store I've ever dealt with never again I will go back to home depot never this store again

The online order store pick up depart is so slow and awful. I've ordered twice here for pick up and it's taken them over 6 hours to have my order ready then suggested I go grab the item myself and cancel my order. When I would order from Tacoma lowes, their store pick up always has all my items ready within the hour. Poor customer service, with long wait times for an option that is supposed to be quicker and more convenient

I can never get any help in this store and when I do they can never find the item I'm looking for. Often times I'll pull something up online that says in-stock in-store and no one can find it.

Do not use Lowe's for a home project! We used the Bonney Lake location to order a new gate and new French Doors back in October. They sent and installed the wrong door after 4 months of waiting and we keep getting passed off to a new person to try to rectify the issue.

1. STAFF focused on their own personal issues. So, I went online and ordered a pool for my granddaughter birthday. and I got a reply that it will be here on July 1st now its delay with no notifications. my grandbabies bday is on July 3rd turning age 4. you lie with the package delivery. will not ever by from you. EVER!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would! I purchased a Bosch black dishwasher the first week of April. When the install company came (a little over a week later) to pick up the dishwasher they said that it was damaged. Kim called to inform me that the black is on back order but they had white available. Reluctantly I accepted white since I was in need of a working dishwasher. It was installed and they left. First load was leaking on my floor. Installers came out and confirmed that it was defective. I called and talked to Kim and she found a Whirlpool that they had in stock, waited another week or so for that one to be installed. That one started leaking as well with the first load. Again I called Kim and she had the install people come and confirm that this dishwasher was defective as well as the first one. It is now late May and still no working dishwasher. At this point I just wanted this one picked up and the money put back into my account so I can go elsewhere! I made that very clear to Kim. At this point I've already talked to the manager, assistant manager and a department supervisor. Christina (department supervisor) tried to credit my account but she said it wouldn't go through due to issues with their computer. I said that I can pick up a check or cash so I can purchase somewhere else. I confirmed that I would have a envelope with cash and Christina said yes. I went in yesterday and they left me a IN STORE credit!!!! WTF???? I made it clear that I wanted money put back into my account or cash!!!! I am so angry!!!! I voiced my anger to Amy and she basically treated me like trash! Amy said that Christina was going to be in the next day. I never got a call back! I will NEVER set foot in this store again and will take this further up to corporate!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a washer/dryer on sale and then second guessed myself about the model of the washer. Cancelled it and then realized I was right all along. Tried to reorder it at which point they charged me full price. I cancelled the whole order so they lost over $2,000. Not very smart business practices. Plus the hold times to talk to anyone in customer service are ridiculous.

Ordering online is just as bad as going to this store itself. Every time I go to this location, they are sold out of what I am looking for. As far as the website goes, Mon Dieu! Multiple times I have tried to order online as items are typically not in the store. I only pick what is available for delivery and when I go to check out, it says that items are not available for delivery and to remove them for the cart. Of course it does not tell you which item, so you go through removing things one by one to find that none of the items are available for delivery EVEN THOUGH THEY ALL SAY THEY ARE! It's companies like this that deserve to be put out of business by Amazon. Hopefully this location will close soon and be replaced by something worthwhile.

Their communication for online orders is very poor. I needed a wheel barrow by 2pm today and decided to plays a order online 2-days prior. I called them and let them know if my deadline...they cancelled the order without calling me or letting me know a reason. Communication skills and training would be nice. I'm a contractor and spend thousands of dollars each month at hardware stores. Their irresponsible behavior has led me to take my business to the pros at Home Depot. This store lost $5k/month for being incompetent on a $90 purchase. If I can't trust you on a $90 purchase I sure as heck ain't giving you 5k/mo. Internet team is a joke and don't care about the customer. They rather just cancel the order.
