I had a 9am appointment. They didn't show until 9:30. By that time there were 4 of us waiting to go in the door. I was the first one waiting and the last one to be seated. I waited another 20 minutes for someone to start my fill. She filed for about 5 minutes and then said to please go to another station because "her" appointment has arrived. I moved and then was asked to move again. Finally after another 20 minutes, someone started my fill but asked another person to finish it. It took over an hour and a half to finally get my nails done. Not going back because actually this was the second time this happened.

Kim does a great job of powder dip nails, and all pedicures. She does a great job of massaging your feet and legs in a pedicure.

This is by far the worst nail salon I've ever went to. They do not know how to do coffin nails.. or swuare long nails the vibe in there was not good, the service we received was terrible the only one who knew what they were doing was the lady who did my toes Smh worst place ever!!! I'll never go back I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The prices posted on their wall are far from what you'll end up paying. I paid twice the amount from what was posted. Absolutely in shock it was so high for basic looking nails and no designs. $200 for dip powder, gel pedicure and a manicure pedicure. Again. The prices are not accurate on the wall.Services: Pedicure

I went there to get a gel manicure removed. They did an awful job. They dumped a ton of acetone on my fingers and when they wrapped the tinfoil my fingers were in a pool of acetone. When they drilled the nails off they quite deep into my nail beds and my nails were very sensitive for several days afterward. Despite going way too deep and damaging my nails extensively they also missed several parts of my gel manicure leaving small streaks of purple nail gel on my nails.

I had my nails done here first time. Received a fill paid 10 dollars more then I pay at the place I usually go to. After 4 days nail polish they used chipped off had to go back get it redone now after 7 days nail polish chipped off on another nail. They are using old or expired nail polish or very cheep nail polish. I will not go to them again.Service: Nail extensions
