What I wanted vs what I ended up with didn't match so I went back to have Chandra fix it but it STILL ended up looking absolutely NOTHING like what I wanted. After the second time my hair just looked black, i shouldve bought a box of black hair dye, it wouldve saved me $275!! Ill let the photos speak for itself.

Decided to try this place out since I needed a trim and happened to be right next door getting my eyelashes done. Kelsie was able to get me in and did great on the cut. I am super happy cuz now I have the convenience of getting my hair and eyelashes done in the same building!!!! I will continue to get my hair done here!! Highly recommend!!!

I wish I could give more stars. I recently switched stylists for time/distance purposes, and Theresa has been amazing. My first appointment was a pretty drastic change for me. Theresa reached out to me prior to my appointment and asked for references photos to get an idea of what I wanted. I left the salon feeling so pretty and well taken care of. I brought my daughter in last week. Theresa is also really great with kids, making sure my daughter felt heard and keeping her engaged with chit chat. I am beyond happy with my experiences at Lounge 9 and will definitely be back ?

I was rlly excited to cut my hair to a shorter length version of my already wolf cut. She said she was comfortable with it after showing my reference ( I did say this is exactly what I want but if it ends up a bit shorter that's ok too) it was going well until she got in the back and chopped it. Having to take my glass off for a haircut I told myself I would trust the process and before I knew it it was too late :((( it's horrible and I went to a Supercuts to end up chopping it all off, I couldn't stand going outside looking like this and I still cry when I think about my hair wouldn't recommend

I've only gotten my hair cut here a total of two times but from those experiences I can definitely say that I love the end result! Jamie is super sweet and understanding about my hair concerns and helped teach me how to style it properly.

Chandra did a beautiful job on my hair! Root touch-up, trimmed up the dead stuff and on my way. She does a great job while being quick and efficient. She used to do my elsewhere, I'll follow her wherever she goes.
