I originally contacted Mary who subsequently introduced Melody to me
Both women at Liberty Tax worked to get our taxes completed
My wife's LLC caused a bit of a bump hence an extension was needed.
We filed today September 3nd 2024

I hate filing taxes especially when It includes investments in cryptocurrency. Luckily Melody Rath was there to make the process easy for me, she found credits I could apply for a bigger return, supplied anwsers to questions and solved some headaches I had. Mary, did a awesome job on our taxes. We had some estate investment that we had to claim. We new we had to pay. But with her working her magic we didn't have to pay to much.

Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to, they took all the stress out of taxes! I was able to walk in with no appointment, drop my forms off, and everything was done that day! All I had to was sign, it was so easy. They explained everything to me clearly. I will definitely be back!

Beware of this place. Worst communications with them. They have had my taxes for 3 months now, without giving me any updates. I called to speak with melody whom is “working” on them and the manager who has no business being a manager was nothing but rude, and unprofessional.. When I called to see what the status is, I had told her I did not appreciate her attitude and disrespect and that I would like to please speak with melody and that’s when she informed me she was the manager and told me flat out no and hung up on me. I filed a complaint about her so we will see what actions are taken. I have no issues with liberty tax just the very unprofessional personnel, at the Bonney lake location.
