I am compelled to share the incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience I recently had with Laboratories Northwest This ordeal has not only wasted my time but has also put my health at risk, and I am appalled by the level of incompetence displayed by the staff. The nightmare began when they carelessly tossed my check in slip into the trash. Despite their attempts to rectify the situation by retrieving it, the damage had been done. Subsequently, I was informed that I needed to be present before noon, only to have them flip-flop on their decision and claim I was a day too early. This inconsistency is beyond comprehension, especially considering the gravity of my situation. As a regular customer who relies on their services to attend crucial medical appointments, such as doctor visits on Tuesdays and cancer treatments on Wednesdays, the blatant disregard for my schedule is not only unprofessional but also potentially life-altering. I have always adhered to a Monday routine for a reason, and their lack of understanding or empathy is alarming. Now, I am faced with the very real possibility of missing a crucial cancer treatment due to their incomprehensible and disorganized approach. This is not a matter to be taken lightly, as it directly impacts my health and well-being.Furthermore, the sheer lack of communication and coordination within Laboratories Northwest is appalling. It is unacceptable for a company to play with someone's health and well-being in such a negligent manner. I implore the management to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that no other customer has to endure the same distressing experience. In conclusion, my faith in Laboratories Northwest has been shattered, and I feel compelled to share this experience to warn others about the potential consequences of relying on a service that seems to have lost all sense of responsibility and compassion.

I have been using this lab for about a year. It has always been a satisfying experience for me. The staff is completely professional and efficient. I try to get there shortly before they open in the morning, so I can get in and out quickly because it does get busy between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. It's conveniently located and there is ample free parking.

Was a little nervous about going to the clinic because of the reviews online… however, I had such a great experience with a wonderful and friendly staff! The receptionist was very kind and met me with a smile. I think I was in the office for a total of maybe 15 minutes at max… I didn’t wait very long before being taken back by Alex who was very professional and very friendly and made everything feel very comfortable when a blood test isn’t the most exciting thing in the world! He even asked if I had a preference on countdown or not knowing and kept me updated when I was almost done and halfway through the blood being drawn and checked up to make sure I was doing okay. The reviews about waiting a long time are based on when you walk into the clinic… It’s a walk-in clinic so if you walk in and there’s 20 people in front of you, that’s not the clinics problem it’s just that a lot of people showed up at the same time so if that’s the case instead of writing bad Reviews, it might be better to come back at another time knowing it’s going to take a while. Just a reminder that everybody is complaining these days about not having enough time with medical professionals, but then expecting others time to be cut short, so that wait times aren’t as long. So be patient, or come back another time!

Long long long wait. Did I mention the long wait? People asked about a better time and staff replied its always like this. Come on Multicare, staff and patients don't deserve this. If the extremely long wait was an anomaly, I can understand, but always means you need more staff.

Lot of people give this lab good ratings. Good for them. Perhaps the majority that don't like it, just don't write about it. Few years I have been trying to use them for blood draw and they are not competent at it. It is not that they don't try. It is not that they are not generally friendly.(depending on whom is on staff at the time) I am a particularly difficult vein person. BUT, that is no excuse. That is what their job is, to draw blood from every type of person. Part of the issue is, I find they have a high turn over and thus, maybe that is because the staff is no good, or the good go some place better. IDK. But it seems no matter who I get, there is a lack of talent for the difficult ones. The last time I gave them a try, they were low on supplies, making it even more difficult. Add to the wait time and the failure of getting the blood and the fact they want to argue about where THEY want to TRY and get it from and you have a bad experience. 1 out of 10 times has anyone there got blood from me. And depending on whom it is at the desk, they even argue with me that I need to leave a specimen when the doctor did not order it.(which obviously you get tired of arguing and just take the sample container and throw it away when you walk out) I could have just said, in short go someplace else and don't waste your time and aggravation here, but I felt it was important to explain why. I go to Northwest Labs at the Auburn Hospital and they have NEVER let me down on any of the before mentioned trouble areas. They are competent, fast, painless, no arguing, friendly, pleasant people. Results get back to the doctor the same day. The only downside is parking can be a challenge to find. lol

We had to bring our 18 month old in for a blood draw. We’ve not had great experiences with other blood draws on her. The phlebotomist was so amazing. she was patient and professional and kind. She was able to give us very detailed but gentle instructions on holding our daughter and only had to stick her one time. I was so caught up in the moment that I didn’t even catch her name.

Amazing & Thank You!!!

Website says they open at 8am. Door at actual location says 8:30am. Was here last year and mentioned to employee and apparently they don’t care. Get it straight folks.

Ladies in the lab were extremely rude to my husband, were doing more chatting than helping patients.

On multiple occasions this lab has messed up my orders or improperly processed them delaying my healthcare. My doctor and I have previously trusted that they should be competent at doing their job. I can’t tell you how furious I am waiting for lab results only to find out that they were never accurately processed! Terrible customer service and competency!
