My child was enrolled in a pre-k group. The staff told me they followed White River Kindergarten so they help the kids prepare for Kindergarten. Kid's Country will watch your kids...but they don't seem to always have your kid's best interest in mind. Staff turnover seems high. Staff communication to parents is poor. I spoke with other parents in the area and they seem to have the same issue. I pulled my child out of Kid's County. I don't trust the staff. Plus, once I wrote a negative review on this site, I received an email that my child was not longer allowed at the daycare. I received a two weeks notice. Push the staff and stand up for your kid because the staff is will not tell the parents the truth.

Completely Unreliable Childcare!My daughter Mandy is 1yrs old. They put her in the 2yrs old class exposing her to covid. Afterwards she gets quarantined for 2 weeks where I have to pay 25% of enrollment! Then they decided to double dip during those two weeks by filling her spot. They tell me they tried emailing me during those 2 weeks and calling me. Calling me directly is my preferred method of contact and I HAVE ZERO calls in my call log then the only emails where to my CURRENTLY DEPLOYED husband but, zero emails detailed that they would be filling my daughter's spot.Then I'm still being charged the 25% for care during those 2 weeks!!! Completely double dipping after exposing babies to covid.My daughter was out for Covid exposure Oct.4th-15th. As you can see ZERO calls during that time!

COVID has thrown our family through some serious loops - one of those being left with needing a new child care option. I did a ton of research on a number of different options in Puyallup, Sumner and Bonney Lake. I was super nervous because my child is pretty young and most childcare centers had changed their processes for dropoff because of COVID protocols. I was concerned that my child would struggle with these changes in the face of everything else going on in the world. After having a separate safe parent and child only visit to the location before we started and multiple conversations with both Director Brittany and Asst. Director Nikki, I began to feel more confident this was where we should go. My kiddo has been going here now for three months and I feel so good about my decision to move my kiddo here. They are always available whenever I call or email and are extremely responsive. I couldn't have asked for a better place to leave my child during these stressful times. My kiddo is always so excited and happy to go which makes me feel like this is a great fit. It's also super convenient for us being right in the neighborhood! Everyone at Kid's Country is awesome and I am so thankful!

The staff at the Bonney Lake Kids Country Learning Center have gone above and beyond their typical scope of work. During the pandemic, they have stepped up and taken on the added responsibility to help their preschool and school age children access online learning. Often this has meant taking extra time to learn online formats for multiple schools and school districts. They have done an amazing job!Our child looks forward to going to daycare every day and is excited to see his friends. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about our child.

Kids County is more than just a daycare it is a place filled with a staff that nurture, teach, and encourage tiny humans to grow and thrive. I have had 5 kiddos attend Kids Country over the last 3 years. From the second, I drop my little ones off it is clear that the staff truly care about them and that it is more than just a job for most. My kids love going to daycare and are excited to see their favorite teachers everyday.I know that when I leave my kids at Kids Country to go to work I don’t need to worry about their safety or happiness because they are in the very caring and qualified hands of a staff that treat them like their own kids. Kids Country is a prime example of a daycare that can think outside the box and realizes that the same strategies and techniques won’t work for all kids. Several staff have gone above and beyond to give my kids what they need to thrive and grow even when their behaviors can be challenging. Staff communicate daily on how the kids day is going and if there were any issues which is very appreciated.As a public heath professional they have been the sole reason that I have been able to continue working during the current pandemic. I have been impressed with the way that they have handled the constant changing demands and requirements over the last 4 months even as attendance numbers fluctuated. I know that my kids are safe here as they are taking all the Covid precautions seriously.If you are looking for a place for your kids to go where each day is filled with fun learning adventures no matter what their age, a caring staff, daily story time, art projects galore, and great indoor and outdoor play areas Kids County is the place for you. Your kids will come home each day with fun stories of their adventures to tell you all about which is one of the best parts of my day.

My daughter has been going to the Bonney Lake Kids Country for 3 years, and my son started about 8 months ago, when he was 7 months old. My kids have been happy here and we have built great relationships with the teachers and staff. I feel that my kids are well cared for and my daughter is very well prepared for Kindergarten next year. We have had flexibility when needed and staff is always very responsive when we have questions.

I can't explain in enough words how amazing this childcare is. My oldest boy has loooooooved and has been here for 2 years now. The staff is AMAZING!! My youngest who is an infant is beyond well taken care of. Its the best feeling in the world to know your kids are taken very well care of.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could! I’ve heard several horrible things about this place and there management. They may seem nice to your face but let me tell you I promise there not treating your children like they should be!!! This place makes me sick and I’m gonna do my best to turn this place around I’ll do whatever it takes to keep our kids safe!

Absolutely impressed by the staff there! they all have big hearts and you can tell by the way they take care of the kids. The security is very good, fingerprint and badge to gain access to pick up your kid. I hope they keep up the great work
