Wow this place is HORRIBLE! Had my maid of honors dress altered here and it turned out so bad. The laziest alterations job I’ve ever seen. Had bunches of fabric and string hanging out everywhere, the dress was returned snagged AND it was steamed WITHOUT her permission and they snuck a $60 charge in. NO steam job is worth $60. Don’t go here. Spend your money elsewhere.Service: Alterations

Good News Cleaners is close to my home in Bonney Lake and so I appreciate them a lot. Prices are reasonable and everything is done in house so nothing gets misplaced easily. They are prompt in their service and nice Korean couple.

I rarely use a dry cleaning service but when I need one, Good News Cleaners is my go-to. The owners are so friendly and everything I've taken to them, from shirts to jeans (that need to be hemmed), turned out perfect. I give them an A+.

I’ve gotten probably 50 things altered here from jackets and shirts to things like sweatshirts and athletic wear and I’ve been pleased with every single item. I personally think they should charge more for alterations, so I try to remember to bring a cash tip when I pick my stuff up.

My one and only experience with this business was awful. I brought in a brand new black cotton blouse tagged "Dry Clean Only" to be dry cleaned and pressed. Instead, it was laundered normally and shrunk and faded and basically ruined. The blouse no longer looked new and no longer matched the pants I was going to wear it with to a graduation the next day. I asked if I could be reimbursed for the cleaning fee ($6.50) and the cost of the blouse ($28.50). I was denied that request with no apology. Instead, I was given an eye roll and "oh my god," from the owner's wife. Visibly annoyed, she went back to talk to her husband and they both decided I should leave my blouse and my receipt and they would call me when my new blouse arrived. (WHAT!!?) I said no, and told her I needed the blouse tomorrow. She still wanted to replace the blouse rather than write me a check for ~$35. At that point I decided to take my blouse and leave and just consider it a lesson learned. I didn't appreciate being made to feel ashamed for my request. She proceeded to chase me down in the parking lot and blocked my car door with her body so I couldn't open it, and tried to aggressively grab my blouse away. Long story short, she finally wrote me a check after much unnecessary drama. Proper customer service and common courtesy were non existent here today. I have never been treated so badly by any merchant, ever in my life.

I give 2 stars for fast service. But my comforter still had dog pee stains. I washed in my own washer and it's like new. For $40 I expected so much more. I won't be going back.

Had a bridesmaids dress altered there which needed a little extra care as I was 7.5 months pregnant at the time! They did a great and were quick and the results were as expected! I will be going back!Service: Alterations

So happy! I dropped off a stained comforter that was too big to wash in my machine and they got the stains out beautifully. Looks brand new!

This place was amazing. The lady was so nice and altered my wedding dress quickly! And when it needed a second alteration she did it quickly with no issues. They helped my fiancé with his suit for the wedding too. They have a quick turn around time. Worth every penny! Such nice genuine people

Just dropped off a comforter that is too large for our new large capacity front load. It's only 2 months old and not too dirty however, it is white. Not down or even needing dry cleaning but was made to prepay $33!
