I recently purchased a home gym set up from Giant and picked it up at the Bonney Lake Location. I got a great price, on really nice equipment, and any issues or questions I had were promptly addressed by their customer service.

Hands down best service I have ever received, I purchased a squat rack, dumbbell set, dumbbell rack, bench, plates, barbells and a roll of rubber mat. I went in with the intent to browse and maybe buy a few things here and there but with great customer service, I left with a lot more, they answered all my questions and then when I assembled the equipment I had questions and Travis was willing to FaceTime me to help me figure out what I was doing wrong. I highly recommend Giant lifting and love the equipment so far!

Bought the hex bar. You want a bomb a** at half the cost of the comp? This is where you get it. Got it delivered quickly, easy to assemble. Cant complain at all that’s why I’m taking time out of my day to write the review!

I pre ordered a squat rack to the Bonney lake location and got the notification it was ready for pick up. Went to pick it up and waited in the two hour long line for their garage sale. Got to the front to pick it up just to be told it was sent to tukwila without any notification. Ridiculously bad experience

I just moved across the country from Washington state and their service is just as fast with commercial quality equipment with a home gym set up. I can usually always get what I need for my home gym from them. Great company!
