I was helped right away and with patience the man listened well to my situation. I am 69 and wanted a specific shoe for my activity level and he suggested several that fit the bill. He was kind, friendly, and made the whole testing of my gait, scan of my feet and all the rest very efficient and easy. No stress, no pressure to buy, just helpful suggestions and that sold me. I was going to go home to think about it but my trust in his knowledge and attention to what I was looking for helped me decide right then to buy. I am very happy with my Topo shoes I bought!

My wife and I had a great experience at the Fleet Feet in Bonney Lake Wa. the other day. I'm sorry to say I can't remember the sales person name, but she was very helpful, friendly and answered all of our questions. We just found her name (Ivy). We would definitely request her when we go back.

The return policy was excellent. After wearing the shoes, I was in a lot of pain but the return was easy and the customer service was above average!
Prices were a little high but worth it! I was able to return my shoes after 30 days and get a different pair with ease!

Employee named zelinda was so rude and mean to us and refused to help us or get the manager to solve the problem , really bad attitude and very poor customer service, don’t go there

Seen immediately, even though they were busy. Great evaluation of feet. They listened to what I wanted to replace the shoe that had been discontinued. Gave me many options and I walked out with what I needed. Athletic shoes are their business and they are experts at it.
