Called and person answering the phone didn't even say I had called insurance company.... then asked me if i wanted a quote and said she would have to have a different person call me back, if i was sure I actually wanted a quote......... didn't give me the confidence to use this insurance office.

Shady is the word I would use. Mysterious charge on bill, an address change it reads? What is this, I have not moved, this address was not here when we called and stopped in on Monday? A different garaging address? An address for a college pool? Lived here for over 12 yrs, no one here goes to college? A week later and still dealing with, I do not know how that charge got there..SHADY
