Love this gym! It's got a friendly vibe, great for any fitness level. Coaches are awesome and really know their stuff. Plus, it's cool how they're active in the community. Highly recommend for a good workout and great people.

About Evolve Strong Fitness
EVOLVE offers group fitness classes in and around the Tehaleh community, with the majority of our programs being offered outdoors. Class offerings include strength and conditioning, yoga, run club and weight lifting. Our classes are truly all levels. For every daily workout members are given numerous ways to scale the workout for their individual needs. We are also hugely community centric. EVOLVE is a gym, but even more than that, EVOLVE is a place to belong and connect with your community. We are also all about family. Because most of our classes are offered at parks and elementary schools, kids are welcome to come along. We just that you keep them safely outside the workout space during class.
