Nice people, they fixed our ford f150 truck and charged reasonably. They charge a flat diagnostic fee ($199) where other shops (Midas) charge $169 an hour.. We will be back in the future.

Ernie’s is my go to place for all of my vehicles. I recently took my Toyota Highlander there when the check engine light came on. Seth, the service representative kept me informed about what was wrong with my vehicle. I received a comprehensive report with pictures of all the maintenance checks they had done to throughly checkout my vehicle. They found the problem was a defective vacuum hose. They also recommended a flush of the steering fluid system. I was very pleased with the quality of service and customer care that Seth gave. I highly recommend Ernie’s services if you’re looking for an affordable service and good customer service for your vehicle.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Customer service was excellent. There was a mixup on my appointment and they took care of me anyway. Service on my vehicle was excellent. There is no reason to go anywhere else to get my car service. I found my place!

Courteous, professional, fast, responsive. they did my rear shocks on a days notice. My 2012 Durango rides smoother and quieter now and for less $ than the local auto chain repair place.

I’ve been a mechanic for 45 yrs, can’t work on this stuff anymore. That being said Ernie’s does it right and reasonable prices too! A good job was done replacing worn brake pads and other brake parts. I wished the cost would be $1000 or less but was $1438. If I had gone to my 8 year mechanic Jadin Auto repair in Spanaway it likely would have been less with them. If other repairs are needed, hopefully Jadin will have availability for my car.Services: General repairs & maintenance
