I frequent this location often! Convenient & usually a short line. Today, I had a little trouble with the touchless wash, but the attendant on duty was extremely helpful! This young man made things right and I will definitely continue to use their facility.Thank you!!

Clean and only slightly scary at night. There was a car circling the whole building rhe entire time i was washing the Jeep. But I made it and I'm alive. 5 stars

Will not go here again. The wash was a joke. My car is still dirty. The parking lot is trashed. I thought there would be the same quality as the meridian location but there isn’t. Save the money and wash your car at home or go elsewhere. Very disappointed.

This particular location has an attendant on site which is nice if you have a problem or have a question.

Why do you offer a service that doesn't work? Might as well show up and throw $15 in your garbage can. Washed mom's car for Mothers Day. When it dried it was filthy. I had to go home and hand wash it. You folk need to do some quality control.

In disrepair half the time it's not running they never fix all the stuff the underbelly wash doesn't even work in the first day doesn't cover the whole car Don't come here

This place is so environmentally friendly you don't even get soap when selected for your wash! Pure agua baby! So pure you should probably drink it, that way you'll get more value from the $15 you spent under the assumption one might be able to clean a vehicle at a car wash. Alas, not here.
BONUS POINTS: Try to purchase a detailing cloth or anything from the "vending" machine, what a hoot. Hope you like gambling! Make a tik tok or something. Elephant carwash neigh carnival ftw.

No water pressure. I spent $15 and couldn't even rinse my truck all the way off before I gave up. No one works there to complain to and show it wasn't working either. Stay clear of this place.

This place is a scam. No matter which option you choose, touchless wash will not clean your car at all.

Bonney Lake locations isn’t worth the time or money. Three times my car comes just the same as going in. On one occasion no soap dispensed. The sumner location is awesome! Worth the drive down the hill!

12 min wash, $34..Are you flippin kidding me. I can drive through Brown Bear three times for the same amount and not have to do anything... You got me this time, never again. What a rip off.
